Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomWork was going on in the lifts and surrounding area so looked a bit shabby. Never realised the hotel was over a train track and in the morning woke up to loud trains! Location is good overall, but the train station let it down. Rooms are tiny, but they are doable.
The bed was good, and the service was good from 2 of the staff members we interacted with, not with the third one. Felt welcomed and comfortable as a Hijabi Muslim, which was nice. They offered free breakfast for children but we unfortunately never took it up as the whole party wanted to eat out.

United KingdomIt's fine as a hotel. There are comments about the train tracks. We weren't disturbed but our room was on second floor if that helps anyone understand. Also didn't hear any over night trains but you'd need to check that. There is no pool. But that wasn't an issue for us as we knew before hand and that is what the lake is for anyway!
Friendly ,central ,recent decor, functional, charging points,and good place to hang out in reception. Nice breakfast ,( kids eat free) staff and reception lovely and helpful.. good place if you want to explore for a weekend break . V near station. No issue from my pov with the cleanliness.

Upon arrival staff were very helpful and friendly. We needed an hotel close to the bus station, which this was. It’s not too far to walk to the restaurants either.
