The residence was very clean and everything you need was available. Alain the guest host was very friendly and professional. He was at all time available. All communication was also in English this make It a lot easier. Recommended to book this Studio.

Perfect place to stay in Beziers. This is a very well equipped spacious room with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The location is great - in the centre of town but peaceful and quiet at night. There’s a glorious view (see photo) and the building has a lift. Alain is a thoughtful and welcoming host who offers so much helpful advice to visitors. I stayed in Nov-Dec, with the spectacular Christmas lights in Place Jean Jaures just outside the front door. The train station is just a few minutes walk away so it's easy to go on day trips in the region.

Everything was perfect!

Great central location in Beziers and Alain was a super host - v easy to get in touch with and helpful. Decor in the apartment is very cool, perfect size and facilities for a short break at a really great value price. We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

Alain was very communicative prior to our arrival. He provided me with all the information in advance to ensure checkin went smoothly, which we appreciated. It is a compact studio with lots of storage space for clothing. A lovely bathroom. Conveniently located near bars and restaurants. We look forward to staying there again.

Beautifully appointed room with small, well-equipped kitchen corner and lovely bathroom. Very comfortable bed and lots of thoughtful touches - books, tourist information and helpful suggestions. Alain was a charming host. Location and views are excellent. We'll be back!

The apartment is an unexpected delight right in the centre of Beziérs with a funky, retro feel to it. Spacious, light and airy with a fabulous view over the city to the Pyerenées. Alain lives right next door and was always available when needed. Alan had thought of every little detail, even down to a thermos to take out during the day.

Alain was the perfect host. He was in contact prior to our stay. He welcomed us at the start of the stay and was there to say farewell. During the stay he was available if we required information. We have travelled extensively and would say this is the best studio apartment we have stayed in. Thankyou Alain.

Alain was an excellent host a lovely man most helpful. Beziers is a beautiful city with lots of tourism potential a new mainly pedestrian boulevard & the pizza with the fountains were just in front of the apartment tres jolie!

Alain was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. The Studio is very attractive and a perfect location for bars and restaurants. Easy walk to the station. We're looking forward to our next visit already.

The location of this property is excellent on a lovely square with nice restaurants and bars. The studio is very spacious and very clean.

The flat could not be better located, yet it is quiet at night. The host, Alain, met us and gave us a tour of the studio. He also gave us some tips on restaurants, things to see. The flat is confortable and contains everything you may need during your stay - even a hair straightener! Maps and travel guides are provided as well. The kitchenette is well equipped, which was very useful. We recommend anyone who is considering a visit to Béziers to stay in this wonderful flat!

Alain, our host was very helpful and informative about local events. Location superb and we enjoyed the nightly music and lighting of fountains right outside our studio. Also excellent was the free son et lumiere at Bezier cathedral just a few minutes walk away. We were lucky to arrive on a Thursday which in July in Bezier means wine tasting night for local vineyards to bring their wines for sampling at 3 glasses for €5

Everything. Location was absolutely perfect, Alain was a gentleman and a superb host, the apartment was large and clean. Little extras like mosquito spray were included free of charge. I think this is the best apartment I have ever stayed in, when considering the low cost.

The apartment was so clean and lovely with a really lovely interior. Alain our host was absolutely fabulous giving us great recommendations and helping us with everything we can need. It was absolutely perfect and I can’t recommend it enough. It was private, had all the perfect facilities, and both me and my partner felt completely comfortable and safe. The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom and shower was lovely. Absolutely no complaints
