We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom was really basic and the view of the car park not spectacular but as it worked out that didn't matter as overall the stay was excellent.
Everything was spotlessly clean.Easy walking distance into La Rochelle. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great value at 10.95 more than enough choice, even got tokens to use for drinks for the days we did not have the room serviced .Safe car park , booking advised as it can get busy. Aircon was a welcome bonus as weather was good. Will definitely stay here again.
