The bed sheets had some holes in them. Despite being late in the night, the problem was immediately solved! Great staff!

We were surprised we had to pay a €50 per night deposit although this was refunded quickly in our case so it didn't matter. Others might consider paying in cash so as to obtain an immediate refund.

The weather was very hot during our stay. I found that the air conditioning in our room was not sufficient. It was good in other areas of the hotel but I would have liked our room to be colder. It meant we didn’t sleep so well. However, I am sure that on cooler days it would not be a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aloft. It is very close to the centre of Strasbourg - about 15 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was huge - if a little hard for me. I loved the shower - great pressure and nice wash products. We were on the 6th floor so we had great views of the city. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment. But there is a huge shopping centre opposite the hotel with sufficient breakfast options and a large supermarket.

If you bring the dog with you, you need to pay 20 euro extra. We only stayed for one night, not sure if this amount is per stay or per night. Just be aware of it.

Nice location, not far from the highway. has restaurants just next to the hotel. The airco in the room is very convenient. The room is clean and well equipped.

14 days after check out , the amount placed on hold at check in was not released and shows as uncleared in my Visa card . The full expenses was paid with an additional transaction at check out.Can you please release the onhold payment?

The bedrooms are modern, extremely well fitted out and with large comfortable beds. The en-suite shower bathroom is spacious. Our two rooms had incredible views from their all wall windows. It would appear that this area of Strasbourg is a place for wining and dining and there is a large number of restaurants and specialty bars. This would include the bar in the lobby. Very interesting cocktails etc are to be found.

It's not in a central of the city but it's because it's a modern building. I assume that it couldn't be in the old town area. So, it makes sense to me. However, it's easy to access either by walking or tram

The airco is working only if there is movement in the room, which is complicated during nights. The windows do not open.

Very modern and large rooms. Clean. 10-15min walk to the start of the city centre. Great pillows, somewhat hard beds though. But overall really liked the rooms. Felt like good sound proofing and well functioning super quite aircon.

In the washing area, the dryer worked strange and we waited more than 2 hours for a program that it should take 70 minutes.

The hotel is well located, not far from the city center, very close to a mall and some good bistros and restaurants. The room was quite big, very modern, clean and quiet. The staff was helpful.

The breakfast place is small

It is beyond my expectation. Great location, near to go anywhere, mall, cafe, bus stop, restaurant, old town. The room was amazing, the bar serves good cocktail and great atmosphere!

The information about parking is misleading. There is no parking garage at the hotel. They only give a small discount if you park at a nearby parking garage (10 min walk). You have to pay EUR100 advance fee with a credit card which they return after your stay if there were no aditional spendings. There was no information about that on the booking page of the property.

A bit tricky arriving by car, no real driveway to reception. But with the help of their staff we managed! Parking about 500 - 600m away.

The most inconvenient aspect was the parking- it is actually in a separate parking lot, about a 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. It is a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. As well, the bathroom area was a bit odd, with the sink positioned outside of the actual bathroom, close to the entrance.

Design-wise, the room was lovely and very quiet for a busy area. Staff was friendly too, and it was quite easy to walk to the old town of Strasburg.
