The room could be a bit more spacious

Location is unbeatable, staff is really helpful and friendly. Proximity to the station makes it an amazing option for a weekend trip with the train. The design of the rooms is really modern and the "open" bathroom is also exceptional. The neighbourhood, while it could get a bit busy around the station, will reward you with many late dinner options and nice areas for a late night drink around Faubourg Saint-Denis. Late check out at 12 is also well appreciated.

Single Room was ok but very small .The ceiling fan was on all the time and quite loud Couldn't see how to turn it off

Bathroom design is bizarre. There is no privacy as it is a clear glass wall looking into the bathroom, so you can see the other person sitting on the toilet. Far from ideal!

Great location, close to train station and easily walkable to other key landmarks. Metro access also v easy. Room was v clean and tidy.

Heating didn't seem to be adjustable in room - was just a little too hot.

Great location for Gare du Nord - right opposite. Sound proof windows so that cut out the noise of traffic outside very well. Always staff on door at hotel so felt very secure in a busy area. Fast response to email queries from hotel and staff very pleasant.

No room service. Not a big a deal since we didn’t stay for too long, but they had the door handle sign to clean it and it wasn’t

The air con was very loud and I couldn't sleep very well because of that and the room was too hot! There was no way to make a cup of tea, and the tap wasn't great for making a glass of water.

Location was super convenient for the train station, the staff were very friendly and the check in was super easy. Would consider staying again.

the hotel is just in front of the Gare du Nord, very convinient to go out, with many restaurants and supermarkets just nearby.

The area did feel sketchy and not very safe, a lot of cigarettes and dealers on the streets, I spent more time watching my pockets and my surroundings than I’d wanted to. I’d say that if you speak French it might feel safer since you’d have a better grasp of what’s going on around you.

Room was perfect for my needs and coffee machine was a nice addition. Despite the hustle and bustle of the area room was very quiet even on the lower floors, receptionists was very nice and kind, and check was seamless .

No cups and saucers in the room - staff did provide when asked. Only two glasses for tea/coffee/water.

Good location easy to get to from CDG airport and easy to travel around Paris from. Balconyin 603 offered a great view of the Sacre Coeur and Paris skyline, plus well maintained flowers.

Small but was not necessary. Could have had more water or a bottle of water from the restaurant rather than a plastic bottle.

Great Location, right in front of Gare du Nord - Paris Central Station ! Walking distance to many cafe, restaurant, supermarkets. Easy access to underground metro (Paris Nord/Gare du Nord)

Was a lot of dust in room. Didn’t change our towels once in 4 nights. Didn’t replace tissues.

Comfy warm room. Near cafes and transport. We had a nice view from our balcony. Traffic noise didn’t bother us.

It was a little different with the see through glass on the shower. It was also glass from the sink to the bedroom. Great for couples.
