Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CroatiaThe area is a bit rough but that is normal close to the stations which is also very convenient. The lift door doesn’t close on the ground floor so it was hard to get the lift to come up to the 5 floor.
The rooms was excellent, the bed extremely constructed and the bathroom was lovely.

AustraliaLocation is noisy but if you like watching the daily comings and goings of a major train station it’s great. The rooms although have shampoo and body wash I would have liked if there was conditioner and moisturiser.
Location was perfect so you don’t have to transport luggage far from the Eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bed was exceptionally comfy. Hotel is well decorated and you feel like you are most definitely in Paris. Has the cutest tiny lift that is an adventure to go in.

United KingdomRooms are on the small side - but that is Paris for you. Proximity to station means it can be noisy until late if you have windows open. Only one small lift - and (beautiful) stairs are very steep and tightly spiralled.
This hotel is very convenient for Eurostar - directly opposite gare du nord. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. It has a nice vibe. It makes a pleasant change from budget chains - having more character and facilities. Really comfortable beds. Good showers with nice toiletries. Beautiful hardwood floors in the bedrooms. Nice extra touches like robes and coffee machine.

Bathroom/ shower had a beautiful green tile and a window you can open which allowed you to hear the city if you wanted but was also soundproof. Loved the balcony. I was amazed at how little sound you could hear when the doors were closed. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Singapore1 small lift to serve 8 floors which is slow and the aircon system took awhile to be fixed after informing the receptionist.
Location, just a street across the main train station! Room is nice and we managed to get a free upgrade to a bigger room for our 3 nights stay. There’s a Metro right at the doorstep to connect to other parts of Paris.
