United KingdomThere was nothing to dislike about Menton Ibis Styles and we’d definitely go back again.
We absolutely loved the Ibis Styles in Menton and right from the start when we arrived we knew we were going to love it. The welcome we received was wonderful and the reception staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. We decided to stay an extra night and Christiano did everything in his power to make sure that we were able to stay in the same room. We had a really lovely room on the third floor with a balcony that got lots of afternoon sun. Everything was meticulously clean and we enjoyed the breakfasts. The location was perfect and the car parking at the top of the road in a large garage was perfect and we knew our car would be safe.

FranceA minor issue is that the shower is not entirely enclosed although there was enough space to do so. Consequently the floor becomes wet with showering so prudence is advised to prevent a fall.
The hotel has been well renovated to modern standards and is located a short walk to the animated center and beach, but is in a relatively quiet sector. The customer service of the staff is exceptional. I needed to take an early train to make connections and arrangements were made for an early breakfast plus a taxi was ordered and present at the requested time. The included breakfast was outstanding. The room was modern, comfortable, clean, and with AC.

The staff are fantastic they do everything with a smile couldn’t be more helpful the staff on reception are so accommodating kind professional generally great people and an asset to the hotel helping with luggage, upgrades, places to visit, the free coffee machine is a brilliant idea. The rooms are so clean white and fresh and right in the centre of menton town. I love this hotel
