We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyMy daughter ended up in the corridor and could not return to us, to the restaurant, because the door was closed. She was very scared and cried. The rooms have poor ventilation and mold. The furniture is old and shabby.
The restaurant where breakfast is served is located on the -1st floor. (room without windows, which is not very positive). There are a lot of people in the restaurant, which is normal, but I think the process of serving breakfast could have been better organized. I didn't really like the idea of boiling eggs myself. I had to stand next to the egg boiler for 5 minutes. My daughter went to the toilet in the restaurant just as breakfast ended. When she returned to us, to the restaurant, the door was closed. We didn't know about this. The child could not return to us and began to cry. She was only able to enter when someone was leaving the restaurant and opened the door from the inside. Of course this is not a pleasant situation and I think this should not happen in family hotels. The room itself is large but moldy and all the furniture and walls have scratches and generally don’t look good. The staff is friendly. Next time we will go to another hotel.

United KingdomThe locked gate to get access to the hotel itself, waiting in the dark, in a strange streer for a while for someone to answer the door was unnerving. Especially for tourists. I had to ring a few times for anyone to notice I was there with a child. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room is a shame, especially after a long journey, no where to make a coffee or a tea at night on the room whilst you unwind. Couldn't charge my phone as I brought a geneva plug and the room rockets were different? Euros only accepted in the hotel. The bathroom sink plug got stuck and wouldn't come out, The shower was dirty. Unable to find English speaking subtitles on the TV. WiFi signal really isnt great at all. Location isn't the best, not as central as thought.
The staff were lovely and friendly The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and well catered for, more provision of warm food would be good or a larger variety of cheese/meat would be welcomed

United KingdomThere is a serious problem with the wi-fi. Have been several times now and each time I end up abandoning the free wi-fi provided by the hotel and using up my monthly mobile data allowance. Can I suggest you spend some time sorting this as with that exception my stays are excellent.

SlovakiaThe underground parking was full of people from outside, even the parking place was reserved for the hotel hosts.
Even the dog show was ongoing, hotel personnel managed to cover rooms full of dogs. Big thanks. Especially young man on at reception was great and his English was perfect.
