The rooms were very small, which was expected. There was no toilet brush in the toilet. The room became extremely hot during the night, I was not sure if there was continuous ventilation.

The hotel was good value for money. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and the decorations very modern. The breakfast was also of very good quality for the price. There was free water and coffee at the reception. The location was perfect!

The room was tidy but was a postage stamp. I was quite surprised when I actually opened the door. The pictures didn't make it look as tight as it was. The shower was a 2.5'x2.5' water closet.

I enjoyed the location although my wife found it a bit concerning. She didn't feel as safe as I did in the neighborhood. The bed was excellent and definitely comfortable after a long day of travel.

Really pleasant experience during the Olympics. Arrived early and the receptionist was very polite and took our bags in storage until our room was ready. Our room had all the amenities we needed and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was generous. Would highly recommend as a nice, small hotel

Being shushed by one of the (older) managers when I approached him to pay a bill he had previously reminded me of. VERY rude. They let you sit and work in the breakfast room, but in return you have to bear such musical dross as Ed Sheeran and Beyonce, which they're pumping out through the sound system they have there. Yuk.

Free tea and coffee and a variety of water available in the foyer throughout the day. This is a brilliant touch and saves guests great amounts of money.

Our room was right by the lift so could hear corridor noise, and could hear people next door. Not a problem but the hotel is being renovated.

Breakfast was a good continental style buffet, replenished frequently with fresh food. 24 hour tea/coffee/mineral water comfort station in reception. Helpful polite staff. Clean, refurbished room. Good quiet location within 10 minute walk from Gard du Nord, and close to metro. Local cafes and shops very close.

The room was a little too small for me. I was used to bigger rooms in France and in Paris.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They make the stay pleasant and welcoming. It’s a small hotel and that makes the nice breakfasts enjoyable without lots of people. I had a really nice view from my balcony window! The bed was very comfortable.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The rooms are small. Not luxurious, but suitable when you travel all day and return to the hotel for the night. The breakfast is excellent. Varied and tasty. The employees are very nice and try to help.

Location: walking distance from several touristic attractions, such as Louvre, Pompidou and Opera Garnier, and important metro/train stations. Staff: very helpful and friendly. Comfort: rooms were warm and comfortable.

The only small negative was that the room was warm even after we turned down the thermostat but we just kept the window ajar to let in feesh air.

Great walking proximity (10 mins) from / to Gare du Nord, even with a suitcase. Five miutes from a metro station. A good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. The room was standard, nothing fancy, but met our needs in terms of size and cleanliness, though it was a bit warm in the room. The receoption team were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend if you just want somewhere to sleep after a busy day sight-seeing.
