The room was tiny. Might have been exactly as advertised but it's hard to know what that size looks like in reality until you get there and have to stack your suit cases on one wall and the excessive pillow collection on top of them.

The location was great near the train station, metro, and old town. The water bottle and water was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, our towels kept on being replaced, which for climate friendly reasons we didn’t want to happen. We thought we were following the hotel’s instructions to avoid them being washed, but they kept on being washed.

Difficult to access the Lift and Reception the first time, also sometimes difficult to hear what was said from them in the Intercom

Room was quiet with good blackout curtains to keep out the light, new towels of a good size and nice bathroom Location was excellent: just around the corner from Ampere metro stn and very convenient as well as felling safe in the evenings

It would be nice to have a small fridge for keeping water cool. There was no English Breakfast tea bags offered in the room.

Wonderful location near the Metro and our room overlooked the square. We could open the windows to get in fresh air, and the outside bar/garden area was very nice. The receptionists were very friendly and willing to assist us.

I was disappointed not to be able to have breakfast on the terrace until 8h30. I would take my breakfast elsewhere (at the Paul's right next door) if i came here again.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great especially for French standards.

there isn't twin bed twin bed in room. We had 2 boys and this was difficult for sleep . There isnot refrigerator in the room .

Great location in a pedestrian street and next to a metro station. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and pubs around. Room not too big but the double bed was good size and mattress was comfortable. AC efficient and not noisy.

AC wasn’t really cooling that much but we opened the window and help circulating fresh air.

Every time we use elevator it stops at first floor, And it was annoying, For getting to the hotel you need to ring first, which they can put a card reader to read hotel guests card and easily access to the room.

The room was much smaller than expected. The room was pretty much filled with the bed, and it was nearly impossible to find a space for our luggage. It was OK for one night but for a longer stay I'd want a little more space.

The location was perfect for an over night stay on a week long inter rail trip as it is close to the station and in the middle of shops and restaurants. The room was nice and we loved the tea and biscuits. Also the breakfast buffet is very good.
