We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyWe did not liked the long process at the check in. Because the structure is organised for a kind of self check in, with the release of codes, if something is not going properly, as temporary malfunction of credit card, the check in process is slowed down. Furthermore in the room there are not enough plugs to charge devices and the only one available are placed far away from the bed. The other ore is in the bathroom but far away from the sink.
Hotel very convenient and at the level of the price, although the room very basic, the bathroom and the shower was comfortable.

CanadaRoom was a little small, so if you wanted a room to lounge in, well you really can’t except that at this excellent price!
Car parking secured and lots of it as we were her 1st week in March. Short drive to town. And William at reception was very kind and helped me with every little request, including providing me with two extra pillow cases for the throw pillows on the bed. My wife and I are fussy about clean and comfortable beds and as only two pillows on the bed, the pillow cases on the throw pillows allowed for our need for two pillows each. Hot water for our special mint tea, printing and scanning a few pages for an emergency paperwork required for business back home and even lent some scissors to cut some bandages for a foot wrap. All with kindness. Thank you William! The breakfast croissant was fresh and perfect and yogurt cereal nuts and fruit for my fruit salad and nice coffee and beautiful apple juice at breakfast. Two persons with breakfast €69 was very excellent value. Quiet room and although shower was smallish, plenty enough for my 6’ 190 pound frame.

SpainAfter getting confirmation of the reservation in Booking, ( after giving all the credit card info, of course ), We arrived, finding the reception closed at a time that was supposed to be open according to Booking published hours. We needed a code to open a gate which was not sent to us, and only because two kids that happened to be around there helped us , talked in French with somebody and somehow were able to solve the situation, otherwise we would have been left stranded in the street all night. Once we got to the room, with no lift, and no A/C in the common areas of the hotel, enduring an incredibñy high heat, we noticed a horrible smell coming from the bathroom, due to unproper water drainage. We also found two asiatic marmored flying bugs, ( of the same family of the common bed bug, but this one flies ), if this was not enough, the bathroom was home to a pretty big spider. Bed was too soft, room was too small, outside the window lots of insects and spiders had their own havoc, and the tiles in the shower had mold.

We arrived at night and it was very convenient that they sent us a message with an access code to the parking lot and to our room. Parking is convenient and spacious enough. The combination of price and quality is perfect. Bed linen and room were clean.
