We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomJust one thing. While they do have disabled access rooms on the ground floor, if you have booked a room on a higher floor and are reliant on the lift for a wheelchair, the lift is very small, which you wouldn't be able to fit most wheelchairs in.
Lovely hotel and great location, right in the centre and also easy walking distance to the ferry port. Really nice, clean and spacious family room. The room we had was particularly good for us as you had another door from the main part of the room, through to bunk style beds, that meant you had like a little adjoining room, which you can then leave the door open or close.

DenmarkI have nothing to complain about regarding the hotel. But be aware that Saint Malo is a noisy city all times due to the narrow streets.
Very nice and cozy rooms, they have kind of a beach house vibe. Rooms are well sound isolated in a city that is relatively noisy. Good location just by a nice square. Would definitely recommend for Saint Malo.
