We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe spa area was a bit disappointing. The sauna was not very hot (only 60°C) and not separate from the swimming area, so not possible to sauna naked as is normal in German speaking and Scandinavian regions.
Short walk (10 minutes) from station and centre of town. Modern, clean room with unusual doors to bathroom and separate toilet. Safe deposit box in room.

SwitzerlandEverything gets cleaned just at the visible areas. The lower part of the shower and the tab had some chalk and dark spots. The shelfes and bedframe were dusty. The spa area is very small, for the price of the rooms it should be included. 12 Euro per person and day is way too much for such a small place. I was abit concerned that everyone could enter the hotel without having a card. It's possible to just pass by the reception and take the stairs or the elevator to access the other floors of the hotel.
This hotel has very friendly staff, everyone tries they best to help and commuicate with you (not everyone spoke perfect english but they really tried their best!) Located in a calm area in the city center next to a park. The small gym room was clean and has well working machines.

While it was possible to connect to the wifi, the quality of the Wifi was very spotty at times and there were only a few moments where I could connect to basic messaging services. Doing any substantive work on my computer was impossible as the internet simply wasn't stable enough to access higher-bandwidth websites.
The location was top notch and was great for accessing the downtown parts of Aix-les-Bains. There are many great places to eat and drink close by. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were quite spacious for a centrally located hotel, and everything was generally very clean and tidy.

Urban Hotel is centrally located in Aix-les-Bain, includes a comfortable restaurant on the first floor and a breakfast room on the first floor. Staff is friendly and will help with info about the locale.
