They didn't have a hotel bar, only a small issue, and wouldn't stop me from staying again.

The lady on the reception was so welcoming and friendly. The parking is very secure. Good continental breakfast is available.

Our room was big, quiet and well laid out. We loved having kitchen facilities and air conditioning. We cooked dinner in our room, and the hotel has laundry facilities too, which is wonderful when travelling for a couple of months like we are. The hotel is set close to the tourist haunts of St Malo but far enough away to relax and unwind. The beach front promenade is 50m from the hotel's front door. Parking is also available - a bit hard to find but once you get instructions, it's fine. A big shout to the lovely young guy who checked us in. His first job but he is doing a great job!

In our suite, the furniture chairs on the balcony were old and the rattan chairs were partially broken. The car parking beneath the hotel was charged at €20 per day and had a 1.9 metre height limit. No bar in the Hotel

Balcony with no view, unless you lean over balcony railing. Breakfast buffet was simple, def not worth cost.

Excellent staff. Excellent location as for prox to walled city and to boardwalk. Room was good sized, had good kitchenette area. Bathroom was nice sized as well. Beds very comfortable. Room very quite with no trouble with noise. Balcony was a nice plus. Parking available and easy access in underground lot. There are spaces in street but very tough to get.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at L'adresse. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helplful, going out of their way to assist us with our parking after a difficult drive. The hotel was perfectly located for a visit to the Old Town of St. Malo, and exceptionally clean. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely hotel, a few minutes walk from the old town and directly across from the beach. Our family room was comfortable and very quiet. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We will definitely stay again!

The electric lighting was very, very poor. Particularly at the table and sitting area of the room. We gave up trying any form of reading. Even with help from the hotel staff it was impossible to get any television programmes with English language, but this did not bother us too much. We are not television addicts.

Staff were a bit overprotective of the coffee pods (especially annoying considering the price we payed for the room!). We only had two coffee pods in the room when we arrived. They make tiny espresso coffees and I need a couple of coffees to wake up. We didn’t have the room made up because our son had just had an emergency operation whilst in France at our previous stop, so we never had a top up of the tea/coffee and when we asked for some pods the staff weren’t that gracious about giving them out (only two at a time). It just marred an otherwise lovely stay. The hotel could do with a simple wheelchair for guest use as we were one of two enquiries regarding a wheelchair and we only stayed 3 nights.

Fabulous location, literally over the road from the beach and five minute walk into the old town. Remember to book parking though (we forgot!) which was annoying. It wasn’t pointed out to us in any communication with the hotel either. The room itself was perfect and we had a good sized fridge and a lovely balcony (courtyard view).

The location was fantastic!! We parked at the hotel - very easy and convenient. The hotel was a 30 second walk to a beach access point. We could see the water from our room. It was fun to watch the tides and play on the beach! It was also a short walk to the old city and walls and many restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite large with kitchenette - Junior suite. We would highly recommend!!

No issues with the property, but the booking process was not ideal. It was not clear that a special request was needed for parking, and the booking.com website said a cot was an option, when, in fact, only a crib was an option. Our 5 year old ended up sharing a bed with us rather than have her own bed.
