Location! It is a very good home-base to and from the places we wanted to go. Metro is less than 5 mins away. The general location of the property is in a tourist area, but this property is situated on the "local" part of the area and it doesnt feel touristy at all, and many locals patronized the cafes during after-hours. Bonus: There are 2 bakeries nearby and both have the best pastries.

The location is close to the subway web. Pascal is very helpful and energetic. The apartment is silent because looks to the backyard of the building away from the street.

Despite giving notice of our arrival time, the accommodation wasn't quite ready when we arrived. There was a leak in the bathroom.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with good facilities and in an excellent location. Our host Pascall was very helpful.

Working air con would have been the cherry on the cake, but the big fan helped. A 'how to' guide for the sauna shower would have been useful as well, we didn't know how to use half the functions.

Amazing location, slap bang between Sacre Coeur and Moulin Rouge and only 5 mins walk to 3 different tube lines. Wonderful restaurants and bakeries right on the doorstep. The flat was comfy, clean and filled with everything you could possibly need.

The apartment is very conveniently located: just a few minutes walk to the metro, the Wall of Love, Sacré-Cœur, there are all sorts of shops and a supermarket nearby. Although there are restaurants and cafés in the area, the apartment is quite quiet, with a courtyard separating it from the main street. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The owner was very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. Would recommend this apartment.

Absolutely amazing location, the streets are very lively but the apartment is really quiet. Pascal is a nice and helpful owner, well equipped kitchen. English was not problem. Best location in Paris.

The apartment is located in a beautiful area of Paris, rue des Abesses, with very nice night life and full of cafe and bistrot. Only few minutes walking from Montmartre area. One of the best area of Paris. The subway is 30 seconds walking and you can go wherever you want. The check in was made by Elsa, a very nice girl that helped us with early and late check in and was very kind and sweet. The house is amazing, full furnished and with two double bed. The bathroom very comfortable, after a walking across Paris, take a moment to relax here :) Thank you very much guys for your welcome and hope to see you soon ☺️

Everything was perfect. The apartment is in a beautiful position, there was the washing machine, the tv with Netflix, the jacuzzi in the bathroom, (the kids loved it)... The host is very kind and hospitable. We'll come back for sure.

Great location, Monmartre is very magic. Very near from apartment to metro and buses to centre of Paris or trains at GDN/GDL. Everything was fine, absolutely wondeful.

freezer compartment wasn’t really usable

Pascale was super nice and allowed us to check out late on our last day (and also leave our bags there until our train was due). The jacuzzi/sauna/shower unit was great fun. You are based right in the middle of such a beautiful part of town.

Only one thing - it's ground floor, and the windows are ceiling to floor ones, so basically during the night someone could not jump but actually step in... It didn't feel safe. The windows were opening to a closed inside garden of the house, not the street. Still felt strange. But maybe because we came from Australia where we have safe screen nets on every window and door.

The location is the BEST! Montmartre is wonderful. ❤️ When we booked this place some people told me it's unsafe after dark. That's not true. Awesome atmosphere, sweet cafes and restaurants great public transport.
