We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GuernseyThe location is both a strength and a weakness. Super convenient for travel and well set back from the road. Not easy to go for a walk from.
Wow factor when you arrive. Beautiful building. Both historic and wonderfully contemporary modernised into a hotel. Love the high ceilings and the stone. As someone who is allergic to pets it was super allergenic. The staff and service was exceptional. Excellent meal in the evening. Super convenient location for Nantes and an overnight stay.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. I have not experienced service as exceptional as this in years and all the staff which work at the hotel are a credit. We had dinner in the brasserie and the sommelier was brilliant. Wished we were staying longer.

United StatesWe had the most amazing time at the Abbaye de Villeneuve when we spent one night there driving from Brittany to South of France. The service was amazing, the rooms beautiful, and we got to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. The breakfast was also delicious. I recommend asking for a reservation at L’Epicurien as well (the Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel) which was delicious.

United Kingdomone small grumble……I felt it was pretty ridiculous to charge extra for eggs at breakfast! Our one night stay cost €650 with dinner so it seemed a bit petty to charge extra for what was a pretty simple breakfast. Other than that it’s superb
The building is wonderful, superb rooms with great bathrooms. Very luxurious place to stay. we had the 6 course tasting menu in the main restaurant which was fantastic. Great food and wine, the staff were fun too. Not too stuffy. The pool was good, as was the outside space.
