Reception not open at all times, but we knew about it.

Location is perfect, only a short walk to the main attractions. Room was comfortable and quiet with good amenities in the bathroom. Close-by undercover parking available.

Staff was ok, the customer service was fair, the cleaners were nice tho. I had the front desk guy who only spoke French knock on my door babbling something in French then barged in looking around for something so wasn’t nice having my privacy invaded with no clear explanation

The hotel is a 15 minutes walk to the railway station. However, if we had had our luggages with us it would have been necessary to take a taxi. We are over 68 years of age

Louis, our host, was very understanding. He had to get out of bed to let us in at 1am. Our plane from Paris was delayed making our arrival past the expected time. Our baggage did not arrive. Fortunately, we had booked a taxi

Good location. Most tourist sights were within walking distance. The hotel has 2 stars, so don't expect the Ritz, but the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and it had a parking place for a car 100m down the road.

Check in was great even though it was after hours. The room was clean and comfortable and well situated (quiet at night). They made it very easy to reclaim our luggage after checking out.

The area wasn't very nice. There were dustbins and rubbish on all the pavements in the street so one had to walk in the road.

The window opened directly onto the street, which meant it was a bit noisy in the morning, but I don't think there's much you could do about that in an old building.

Lovely room, a nice mix of modern and traditional with some quirky, individual touches. Nice clean, modern bathroom. Great location Close to the cathedral, château and jardin des plantes. Lovely, friendly host who was really friendly, for example, showing me places of interest on a town plan and recommending nearby restaurants. Good continental breakfast.

Very narrow, tinny bathroom. Not properly isolated, you could hear anyone on the hallway. Poor lightning.

Unfortunately the entirety of the stairs are covered with a thick carpet which smells pretty bad, but fortunately this stops once you enter the room. There could be for sure more attention to the cleanliness of some details but overall it was really good!

The hotel is located very close to the city center, the train station, the airport shuttle and everything one might need. Staff is friendly and helpful and the room was sufficiently big and quite clean. It is absolutely great value for a great price!

The highchair was almost broken and should be replaced. It's a little bit dangerous since it has a sharpe edge.

The location of the hotel is great, very close to everything. The best is the elderly guy at the reception that works on weekends. He is super friendly and tried to fulfill every wish we had. Merci beaucoup!!
