We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicEverything was excellent! Hotel is like an oasis of calm in a rush city. Bed was super comfortable, breakfasts were amazing - a french gourmet experience, large selection! Staff of hotel was very helpful and nice, room very clean - everyday change of towels. All day posibility of bottled water and coffee/tea for free, comfortable sitting in the hall, luggage storage on the day of departure. Thank you for everything, you took really royal care of us! We look forward to seeing you again!

i booked a junior suite with balcony, and it was really nice; the room was spacious and the balcony very convenient. I liked the room cause it was not cluttered, i.e. few (nice and useful) furniture. Beds were relatively comfortable, but the duvet was too warm for my taste (I think the filling was polyester). Rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. Personnel was very kind and helpful. Location was good, next to the train station, which was very practical cause our main destination was Monaco. Surprisingly enough the area around the train station was rather decent.

Czech RepublicNot that much but would have preferred to have a kettle at disposal for boiling water for the tea as the one coming from the machine isn’t hot enough. The bathroom was quite small as well.
The hotel has a very good location, very close to the tram station, but also easy to reach city centre, sea by foot. There is a nice grocery store close to it. The hotel also offers for free refreshments like water, tea, coffee.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nice. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, always eager to assist with any information we needed. A special thanks to Esther and Eveglen at the reception for their exceptional service. Chef Mohemod was also very welcoming and made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel offers 24-hour free coffee and complimentary bottled water, which is a great touch. The breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

In the hotel lobby, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and water were available non-stop. And the absolutely amazing hotel service made the whole stay even better. Very comfortable rooms, with excellant facilities, the Bed and bedding was high quality which led to a great nights sleep. The reception staff and Chef who provided an excellant breakfast made for a lovely stay. A big thanks to Yasmin who was extremely helpful. Hotel is a few mins walk from Train staition and town centre, and Tram stop is just a couple of minutes away. Had a perfect stay and will gladly return.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The location of the hotel is very convenient because it is close to the train station and trams. The beds are very comfortable but the room is standard small. The hotel has been renovated, but rather poorly (speaking as an architect). The price of the stay in relation to the quality is incomparably expensive. The breakfast is very good and the staff is great. Big greetings to the lady working at the buffet.
