The apartment has a lovely balcony over looking the promenade Anglais- perfect for sitting and watching the beach and sea. Very well equipped - Milan has thought of everything. Mila was also very accommodating when we got held up with our train on arrival. Really enjoyed our stay.

EVERYTHING It was super clean,and was equipped with more than what was needed. Location was perfect The view was phenomenal Mila was the best host I have encountered. She made sure from the start that we were comfortable and was so helpful during our stay!

The apartement really gave the luxury feeling. All details were perfect, we had amazing time and definetly will rebook. Everything is close (shops, café, croissant, etc). The view is amazing, you can enjoy sunrise and suset from the balcony. We arrived with a dog, the owner was super thoughtful, ensured a nice water bowl. We were very happy with the stay, highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Nice - La Couronne is a beautiful studio apartment located right on the Promenade des Anglais. The location is perfect, there are groceries, boulangeries, and the tram all within walking distance. The walk to old town and its numerous restaurants is about a 20 minutes stroll along the seafront. The host Mila is very friendly, and helpful - she responded to any text messages quickly. The apartment was perfect - spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and lots of nice amenities and decor. Large screen smart TV (we got some English movies to watch during our stay) and the secure free wifi was super fast. Everything you need is ready there for you! We loved sitting out on the terrace, having breakfast or drinks, admiring the sea view. I cannot recommend this host or apartment more highly! Thank-you Mila

It is an open plan studio and you don't get a separate room from the living area if you need some privacy or if someone wants to sleep early. Although everything was provided including towels but there was only one sachet of shampoo and conditioner for the whole stay.

This an amazing apartment. The view from the balcony is astonishing and location is super...just 15 min walk to the city and the old city. Tram station is behind the building with lots of places to eat in the surrounding area. Supermarket and bakery shop are few minutes walk from the property. The owner is very kind and helpful and always there when needed. Highly recommend it and will definitely come back again.

Could not fault it myself.

Modern apartment just metres across from the beach, everything you needed was there in the apartment, the owner was excellent and very accommodating to our needs. The place is situated about 20 minutes from the city but very nice to walk along the promenade to get there. Also a supermarket 1 block away around the corner and a tram stop. View from apartment, stunning, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This apartment is of a very high standard. It was absolutely, spotlessly clean and provided every thing we needed. The balcony was a high point, overlooking the sea, we had our breakfast and pre-dinner drinks on there every day, It is very easily accessed from the airport on the tram. Mila greeted us with a lovely, warm welcome on our arrival and was most helpful. Apologies for the late review.

NOTHING! Absolutely fantastic!

Everything! Location, view, spotlessly clean, many thoughtful touches, wonderful host! Location is perfect - 1 minute walk to uncrowded beautiful beaches, 15 minute walk to touristy old town. 2 minute walk to Carrefour (groceries) and 3 minute walk to a wonderful boulangerie and excellent neighborhood takeout pizza (Bambinas). Tram station is a couple of minutes away. Nice-Ville (main train station) is a 20-25 minute walk to connect to Villefranche, Antibes, Monaco, etc. The view is absolutely stunning with a spacious balcony. The studio is tasteful and modern with a fully equipped separate kitchen and nice bathroom. Lots of storage and a big TV. Our host was just wonderful, kind and accommodating. I could not recommend this place more highly!

I absolutely loved this apartment! Lovely host Mila, nothing was too much trouble! The view is amazing and a tram is 2 mins walk away to take you all round Nice. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need for a trip and things I hadn’t even thought about! The beds were so comfy and for me this area is perfect. The beach down below the apartment is gorgeous abc quite quiet but with lifeguards on most of the day. Sitting on the balcony I’m the evening watching the sea and the town life go by. It really was just perfect!

The flat has magnificient view. It is only 1km to center and 20 m to beach. Mila is very kind and hospitable. The flat is very clean. Everything was perfect. If you are looking for a nice flat with your family in Nice don't miss this flat. Thank you:)

The appartment is ideal in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and on top the view!! Mila the host was super nice and welcoming, she was following up with me until my arrival and giving me step by step instructions for the transportation from the airport to the apartment. This apartment is highly recommended for all the reasons, it will be an annual destination for our family in the next years.

Superb and very friendly host. Apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. Love the view from the balcony, we had our breakfast there every morning and in the evenings we’d sit down to sip a cocktail to watch the sea and the people passing by, before going out for a meal. Perfect location right across the beach and for walks along the Promenade. Supermarket just round the corner. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Ice Cream shop Gelato D’Amore Nice also round the corner, their ice creams are divine!. We didn’t need to take a taxi to go places. 20-25 minutes walk to the Old Town. 25 minutes walk to Nice-Ville train station. We stayed from 1 to 6 October and the weather was perfect. Nice and warm during the day - went to the beach and even a dip in the sea every day - The evenings were cooler, but a light jacket or layer was enough.

Excellent apartment with everything that you need..Although studio, it is spacious with separate well equipped kitchen and two storage parts..Great big terrace overlooking Promenade and tge beach..top location..Mila makes check-in and check-out very smoothly..Sincere recommendations..

The property overlooks the Promenade des Anglais which is a very busy dual carriageway. Motorbikes were noisy much of the time, particularly when pulling "wheelies" as lots of them did. It would have been better if there had been printed instructions for using appliances such as the dishwasher. The plug for the bathroom basin was missing. The mattress sagged badly in the middle and could do to be replaced.

Host Mila was very helpful and friendly, and was able to arrange an early check-in for us. The location is handy for the excellent tram service to/from the airport and Old Town, and for local cafes, supermarket, boulangerie etc. The south-facing balcony was good and the size of the apartment was just right for two people.
