Our stay at 1.75 Paris La Sève was nothing short of spectacular. The room was equipped with everything you could dream of in a hotel (though perhaps a jacuzzi would have been a nice addition 😁). The hotel is located in a microcosm of Paris, nestled in the 7th arrondissement, known for being the safest and quietest district in the city. It’s within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and only a few stops away from the heart of Paris. On the ground floor, there’s a charming bakery offering local French delights, and the breakfast was exceptionally rich and diverse! Most importantly, the staff was incredible—kind, attentive, quick to respond, and unbelievably patient. Each day, we received useful guidance and tips on transportation, attractions, restaurant recommendations, and the best cafés, known only to locals 🇫🇷😇. We wanted to take the time to express our heartfelt thanks for the warm and thoughtful hospitality.

Rooms are beautiful, very comfortable bed. Nicely appointed bathroom. Great location for Eiffel Tower. Rooms arranged around a communal area on each floor which was very impressive.

I’ve been in Paris many times, however I would say this is the best hotel I stayed in. I felt it is my second home. The fact that each floor has its own setting area to enjoy the breakfast and the afternoon coffee is so exceptional. All staff members are so friendly, can’t thank them enough. The room is bit small but very comfortable. The bed and the pillows are just perfect for a deep nice sleep. The location is ideal for those who want to escape away from the crowd of the city, however with a walking distance to Eiffel tower. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here, if we have to mention one thing that could be different, maybe would be more variety on the morning menu

It’s very well located -a lot of nice restaurants and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The staff is super super friendly and has excellent service, always willing to help! The apartments are very clean, nice and pretty! Super comfy beds!

Not a problem for us....the ground floor is still being completed and will soon have a cafe, bakery, and bar area. Look forward to seeing it when it is complete.

We stayed at this beautiful place during the Olympics. We had a 3-bedroom suite for our group with a central living room and kitchen. Every morning we awoke to a fantastic breakfast. Beautiful rooms with super comfortable beds and A/C made for great sleeping even during a small heatwave. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

I was not so keen on the shared apartment idea, as one of the other rooms was very noisy in the lounge late at night.

My girlfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary with a 2-day stay at 1.75 Paris La Sève, and it was truly unbelievable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, even surprising us with a beautifully arranged room and a thoughtful anniversary gift. Our room was impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, with a wide variety of options to choose from (cheese, ham, sweets, vegan etc.) and also have been offered from the staff to cook us fresh eggs. The hotel's location is perfect, offering walking distance to the eiffel tower and to the metro stations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our milestone. 1.75 Paris La Sève exceeded our expectations and created memories that we will remember forever. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris! Thank you Stéphanie, Moise and all the 1.75 Paris La Sève staff, for making our anniversary so unforgettable!

The staff were very helpful, the rooms very well finished and the beds very comfortable. The house is located in a relaxed and relatively quiet part of Paris but close to the centre such that we walked to most places.

I rate this hotel a 10! Everything was top-notch. The location is excellent, with main sights nearby. Check-in was quick and easy—all you need to do is fill out an online form to receive your digital keys. The room was beautiful, nice design, comfortable, clean, and had a pleasant fragrance. The French breakfast was really nice and delightful. Many thanks to the very attentive staff, especially Stephany, she was very nice. We didn´t trust 9+ review rating, but now we are sure it is all 10! The other guests were also very happy with their stay. We will definitely stay at this hotel again! Au revoir!

All was perfect

Guys, this is a real gem in the heart of magnificent Paris. We were on cloud nine throughout our entire stay. I can't even say what could have been better. The truly professional and friendly staff are the highlight of this place.

The self check in needs work as it's not as smooth as it needs to be. There was a power outage when I stayed that highlighted the value of analogue when no doors could be opened until there was power - fortunately they do have room keys but it wasn't a good look.

Everything. Breakfast was excellent. the facilities first class, the common area very comfortable, the wifi good and the location good. This place will get discovered and hope that doesn't ruin it :)

Incredibly comfortable hotel in a beautiful, quiet area of Paris. Our room was very peaceful, and we didn't hear any noise from the street at all. The concept of co-living is quite interesting, with several rooms on the floor sharing a common living and dining area. One morning, we met our neighbors and had a lovely chat over breakfast, while the next day we had breakfast by ourselves. Deni, who was very friendly, assisted us during breakfast, helped us choose a restaurant for the evening, and provided local guidance. The hotel is brand new, with a wonderful design, everything is fresh and clean. Our room had lovely textiles, high-quality slippers and robes, and the softest towels. The staff is wonderful and attentive. We will definitely come back!

Nothing. Everything was more than perfect. The only thing i didn't like was having to leave.

This hotel is amazing. Everything is perfect and exceeded my expectations in all departments. Madam Stephanie is the perfect host and leads an amazing team. The location is amazing being just a short stroll from the Eiffel Tower and there is a Metro station just a few hundred yards away. The bed and pillows are like soft silky clouds and the breakfast is the best i have ever had. Suffice to say i will return.
