Not been cleaned. You told me you were not interested and you would not refund me. So I’m going to customer services. I had to stay somewhere else. You pls e not acceptable.”
“This is a charming old school hotel at the foot of the mountains in a lovely alpine village. I am sure it has hosted generations of skiers over the years. It is full of period posters and photographs of skiers and past alpine life. I had a lovely room with a balcony and a view of the mountains and the staff were charming on arrival. There is a good car park and lovely bars and restaurants nearby.”
