“This was an amazing place to stay. The house itself was far nicer than we expected. The garden was huge and the jacuzzi was really luxurious - we felt thoroughly spoiled. We had a very good welcome and there was a bottle of wine and platter of charcuterie, tomato, mozzarella and basil in the fridge - olive oil, tea bags, coffee an d fresh herbs in the garden. To be honest, we didn't want to leave, we'd have been perfectly happy to spend the whole summer there. There were lovely walks from the house down to the river, across the vineyards and to the town - local shops for supplies too.”
