“Our entire stay was fantastic. The hosts are very welcoming, including their lovley children. Our room was very comfortable with a great view across the valley, breakfast was ecxellent as were the evinging meals with a good selection of wines. The current owners have only been in residence for about 6 months and they are doing a fantastic job. A great place to relax and unwind but close enough to Carcassonne for a bit of city life.”
“Everything! The owners were lovely and looked after us wonderfully. The location is great in the sleepy little village of Aragon. The swimming pool was so nice to come back to after a long hot day and our room was lovely- large, very clean and comfortable. The food was amazing - all cooked and beautifully served by Julien. It’s close to Carcassone and the local vineyards, but a peaceful retreat at the end of the day”
