We used the lift at zero point to ski, it's not nearby but it was oké.

we liked the room, the drying closet in the bathroom, the breakfasts. The spa was ok, but I like to take just a sauna, don't need swimmingpool, better to give a cheaper option you can use just a sauna.

The room in which we stayed in, block with numbers beginning with 9, needed a refresh as the decor looked a bit dated.

The buffet breakfast was very good each morning. The pool and spa were amazing. Reception staff were brilliant in helping me locate luggage that didn't arrive at Kittila airport. It had gone to the hotel we stayed at the previous night.

It was very cold in the room (only 19 degrees), and it was not possible to regulate the heating system.

Its not really a spa hotel. You sleep in a different building far from the spa and the restaurants. Expensive for what it is on my opinion

There seemed to be a lack of a bar and seating area, although there were a few in the Pizza restaurant, a larger seating area to relax and play games would be great.

Great location, the room was great and breakfast was fabulous. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The children enjoyed the pool.

Perfectly situated in town, within walking distance of ski parks, water worlds, restaurants, shops, and more. The rooms are spacious and spotless, equipped with everything you need. Witnessed the incredible Northern Lights right in front of the hotel – absolutely amazing. Breakfast was okay, but after three days, it got a bit repetitive. Overall, a fantastic experience; highly recommend to others.

We arrived at the hotel at 9:45pm. Restaurant closes at 10 - we managed to order a pizza but they didn’t seem happy about it as they wanted to close. No cutlery in the rooms, we managed to take some up from breakfast the next morning.

Family room- Lovely clean , warm rooms. Kids play room is great, especially when it’s freezing cold. Excellent location.

It’s not the standard of a 4 star I would expect. Rooms not cleaned every day and we had to ask for beds to be made / clean towels. Also the beds had mattress toppers too big for the beds and could fall off the bed really easily. Not sure why the toppers couldn’t be the same size.

Well you need to go everywhere through outside - to SPA, to breakfast, to registration desk. Not necessarily bad but a surprise. We also went to the SPA- maybe a bit weird comment but for us the water felt cold. We didn’t stay for even 30min because we were afraid we will get ill. Breakfast was ok, but for sure not premium as nothing is cooked per your order and omelette was made from powder

Very simple room in a stunning location. As for us we just needed to stay one night it was absolutely okey and sufficient.

We stayed in the small building side from the reception and our room was a bit cold, no tea or coffee provided

The overall hotel experience is very good, SPA is worth it if you need time to relax and the price deal for hotel customers is ok (you pay 15 vs 25). Full international breakfast, not much of the finnish food but still very good.

Extremely noisy guests in the next room who were drunk and unfortunately kept the children up most of the night,to be fair we didn't call reception as it would have been very obvious to the room full of drunk angry men who would have called to complain and we didn't fancy dealing with a group of annoyed drunk guys,especially as my youngest was scared enough. I have no doubt the hotel would have attempted to keep them quiet but as we didn't feel like running the risk of escalating a situation. They were clearly annoyed with each other already. The hotel should have security guards who check on the corridors of the outer units in general especially if there are rowdy guests booked in.

Very good rooms,kitchenette and beds were comfortable. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is OK but if you are not used to Finnish cuisine it may not be your taste. We have stayed here several times,we find the hotel in general very good,but sadly this time was a bit of a let down. We would most like stay in the design hotel part next time rather than the spa hotel side for the reasons stated below.

We thought spa with massage etc. also was included, but it had to be booked in addition, which we hadn’t realized.

Central, clean, rooms were nice. Drying cabinet in the bathroom was a plus. Access to the pools vere included with our room.

The hotel is divided into a number of separate buildings therefore for breakfast you go outside to get to it which isn’t ideal given the cold ie you have to get all dressed up in warm clothes to walk to breakfast. there is no phone in your room to contact reception so you have to walk across for any queries. the walk to the spa required you to walk through a gym and Burger King (in your spa robe!) which was rather odd. we had a pull out sofa for our son but it was really poor quality - had big hole in the middle and sharp edges - couldn’t imagine two adults sleeping in it.

location was excellent for ski slopes, some nice touches for kids like a teddy bear gift. staff were professional and friendly.
