The breakfast buffet was not particularly good for our taste, but rather focussed on quantity.

Room cleaning could be improved. In 6 days my room was cleaned only twice. It seems like only one worker was doing around 20+ rooms, so no surprise it takes her so long.

We stayed there during the summer and the AC was really not performing at all, the room was quite hot.

Great Spa hotel surrounded by nature. There is a lake with kayak, boat and paddle board hire, also bikes foir hire. Great nature trails start from the from door. Excellent and varied breakfast. Spa access is included in the room rate. there are no less than 4 gyms! Lots of activities at any time of the year for the whole family.

The hotel is a little old and is in need of renovation. The beds were not very comfortable - the bed sheets were easily coming off the mattress and in the morning you wake up with your sheets completely off.

Nice and beautiful location, free car parking and accessible electric car charging, a lot of hotel amenities - mini golf, spa, variety of saunas, playground, beach, cafe, restaurant. Good breakfast.

The rooms requires a little update, toilet needs to be clean better. There were colored line scales in the bathtub.

Dog friendly and there is a Welcome package for dogs which is a nice little touch.

There are several times sudden noise which might from electrical equipment(refrigerator?) starting running in the night time breaking my dream.

The spacious and clean room with beautiful lake view, nice environment, sauna, good breakfast… almost everything.

The breakfast was good and all breakfast ingredients were fresh as they were constantly adding. The morning swim was peaceful and waters were warm enough. Surroundings were beatiful and make evening walk possible

There were lot of EV chargers that worked well. Breakfast was rich, wifi excellent, view to the lake beautiful. It reminds me a bit of Aki Kaurismaki movies ... positive to me, but maybe not to all :-)

People smoking in balcony stairwell areas and cigarette trays there always smelled and wasn't able to relax and enjoy the outdoors as much

The saunas and pool area were so nice and enjoyable. So many different features in the pool area that were new to us and encouraged health living such as exercise video playing for pool guests, therapeutic pressure pool and ice bath.

I had different expectations that were exceeded.

Hotel is kinda old and outdated itself, but room was pretty newly renovated and very pleasant. View was great. Staff is english speaking and friendly.

There is only a small toilet in the iglu available. A shower is only available in the spa.

Relaxing place in the outskirts of Kuopio and nice activities! I really enjoyed the café by the beach as well and the food at the Kunnonpaikka restaurant.

When staying at an igloo boat, it would be nice ti have access to a shower later than 9pm.

The staff was amazing! They helped us benefit from the new prices set that were lower than what we'd paid through Booking. We also had a great chat with Lisa at the reception and learnt more about Finland! Nice swimming pool and games outdoor. Good breakfast.

- The staff are unorganized and clueless - The 'SPA' is more of a facility - Breakfast quality is bad, though it has a fair selection: very (cheap) meat heavy and no warm vege options - Services are inconsistent, confusing and poorly communicated - The igloos are basically a scam - The room was very just dirty

Bathroom (and perhaps the entire hotel) is starting to be a bit in need of a full makeover :) .
