Well, I would always like to pay less, but this was really good value for money. The staff made this an absolutely wonderful stay.

The staff was absolutely fantastic and the facility was first class all around. The staff was extremely happy in answering questions about the area, recommendations for activities, food and directions. They all treated me like a trusted family member.

Pillows were uncomfortable for me and there was a bit of noise after the bars closed, I forgot my earblocks but at the counter I got those free, thank you for that!

I would have loved to have my room completely dark at night. Wider curtains and two curtain rows could solve the issue.

Breakfast included vegan and gluten-free options as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. Got my belly full!

The only minor thing I did not like was that the bathroom trash bin was not changed from previous guests. Even though inside the bin was just a small piece of paper or package or something like that, but it was not nice. We did not complain to the hotel staff because it was really a small issue, but still for that room-price you have certain expectations and want your stay to be perfect. Otherwise, everything else was very good!

It is very good hotel. My room was very nice. I was very surprised when I saw the sauna in the bathroom and I used it immediately. It was very clean. I would like to thank the hotel staff for the welcome treats placed in my room. The location is within walking distance to everywhere and the furnishings selected in the rooms are of very high quality. The variety of coffees, hot chocolates and minibars was very good. The bed in particular was very comfortable and I fell asleep instantly. The view from the room given to me was great and I saw Aurora in the evening. Thanks for everything.

We loved everything.

Our stay exceeded all expectations. The staff, every single one of them, were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Our room with a private sauna was so nice after a full day in the slopes. The location was unbelievable, pretty much ski in and out, with a 200 metres walk to the closest lift. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel was wonderful.

Nothing really. Well, the parking hall was 20 eur/day, it's not cheap but ok price. Impossible to connect to Chromecast though in the room.

We were very happy with our stay: the room was big enough for 3 adults, great breakfast and we had access to the neighbour gym.

We were overjoyed by the personal touch that Break Sokos Levi Team has done for us on our honeymoon trip. The spacious room with sauna, and the view directly to the ski fell, and sweet treats easily made our stay beyond comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Levi! Thank you!

The room layout was slightly weird, had to go through where our friend was sleeping to use the toilet in the night. Also, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were from a packet and really bad.

It has an amazing location for the slopes, I loved having a sauna in the room and the breakfast was pretty good.

We have booked superior extra room with sofa bed, however, we were given a room with extra child's bad. I have provided complaint, next day we moved to the room which we have booked as advertised.

The hotel has nice rooms, cafeteria and great restaurant. The other buildings are accessible through underground parking.

The room itself felt very sterile/corporate - for being so in a ski town we hoped for something cozier with a little more charm. The refrigerator also was not working.

We’ll located right in the heart of Levi. Walkable to ski lifts and cross country trails. The staff was running late checking us in and we’re very forgiving about it offering us free parking as consolation without us even asking. Breakfast in the morning was very good.
