I liked everything - the hotel was really nice!

Great location - right on the main square and near most tourist attractions. Breakfast was included, but I had an early start so they packed me up a takeaway breakfast which was a nice touch!

Restaurant quiet and food not the best.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Bikes for guests. Great roof top bar with good staff. Good sauna. Well situated by river in centre of town.

we had no problems.

The brekfast was a good buffet. The hotel was nice and we enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar. The dinner in the restaurant was nice. Unfortunately there was a smaller menu due to staff illness. However all was good.The room was nice with a view over the market place. good location for us with ashort walk to the bus station for our bus to Helsinki.

Not enough staff in the reception desk. We often had to wait. When available, they were super kind but not so knowledgable on about the city, nearby restaurants or sites that are open on Monday (a big problem in this city!). The sauna times are ridiculously short. Few tourists can be at the hotel exactly for the 90 minutes it's open, right on dinner time. Indoor sound proofing is not great. There was music noise from neighbor room and a mechanical hum in my room heard esp. when placing your head on the pillow.

Unbeatable location at the center. It's a brand new building and tastefully designed and furnished. Absolutely wonderful breakfast. The atmosphere in the dining room are very good, except for some blinding spotlights. Please be inspired by Alvar Aalto! Roof top is great - but for aperitif drinks you really should sell (or offer) snacks. Olives, pretzels or pop corn would make me stay.

Hotel almost impossible to contact either on booking or over the phone. We booked a room with extra bed but the staff just assumed that our 2 year old wants a cot and brought that instead of a bed. We asked to change it and it took nearly 2 hours for them to do it in which time the toddler had gone to sleep already. Not nice attitude from the staff about it. Also we had to book in a breakfast time. I get it that it’s busy and they want to understand the guest flow, but it’s simply not fair that buffet is open 7-11 for example but we are only able to go at 10am as that’s the only time available (plus, we checked in at 6pm and check in opens at 4pm so it’s not like we were the last ones to sign up). That same 2 year old child wakes up at 7am so it’s absurd we would have to wait until 10am to go have breakfast. This was sorted after I mentioned it but it’s just not nice that we have to argue over it.
