We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandCoffee machine was cumbersome to use and there was no manual option. The parking mentioned on the website is not free and actually rather expensive.
LOCATION and breakfast exceeded expectations. Best possible views form our room and from the breakfast restaurant onto the main square and street. Will probably book the same hotel the next time in Rovaniemi.

IndiaWe reached Rovaniemi early morning and understood when they said that we would have to check in later. Check in was 3pm. (we reached 8am). So we went out for lunch and at 2pm they said rooms were not ready which is odd cause their checkout is at noon. They made all the guests queue up at 3pm for their rooms (hotel was fully booked) and it took us another hour to finally check in. It was rather a chaos created where it was not required.
The room was beautiful and clean. Location was central and breakfast was good to and all in all I enjoyed my stay here.

FranceFor a hotel of this price range, checkout at 11, and checkin at 15 with no flexibility is a bit strange. There is also a bit strange (but understandable) system for breakfast: you have to remember every day to pick up a time slot card at the reception, which represents the 30 minutes when you are allowed to go to have breakfast. I suppose this is necessary because the hotel is large and the breakfast area not so much, but still a bit unusual and uncomfortable.
Convenient hotel in Rovaniemi city center. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable and had a nice view. We asked for a bath tub, and got it. Breakfast had a good variety.
