Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Noli Otaniemi is in Espoo, so close to Aalto Univ., VTT - so optimal for business. The Helsinki city center cca. 30min by metro. The environment is beautiful - close to the bay. The studio is situated at 15th floor with sea view. The kitchen is well equipped. The hotel is dedicated for longer stays - laundry, gym, sauna. The check-in was automatic.

The room was clean and well-appointed, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay. We were visiting Nordeep Summit, and the apartment's location was ideal for accessing Aalto University and participating in all the activities.

FinlandThe bed, blankets and pillows were good. Good sound insulation is also a big plus. Great service from Noli’s receptionists. We also got a free upgrade for our studio which was super nice. Easy to get around on public transport. Guests can also use Noli’s bikes for free, which was a nice surprise. The sauna and gym were also free to use.

It is a great, cost-effective place to stay when traveling to Helsinki. The rooms are clean and well-designed. You get access to nice common spaces, including a sauna. The place is well connected to the Helsinki city center by metro, which stops nearby.

The studios are contemporary, comfortable, and very well equipped. We also had a beautiful sea view from the 14th floor. The bed was comfortable, and we slept really well during our whole stay. The studio has a well-equipped kitchen, a big fridge with a small freezer, a dishwasher, an oven/microwave combo, literally everything you need, even for a slightly longer stay. The bathroom is not very big, but works well and is equipped with a washing machine. Dryers and further washing machines are available in the shared laundry on the ground floor. Further, there is an excellent gym, a sauna, a social room with a pool table, and work spaces. Parking spaces can be booked for a fee, and the building is dog friendly - the perfect long holiday stay for us! We would definitely recommend staying in Noli Studios in Otaniemi to friends and family.

IrelandIt was a bit tricky to get in with self-check-in typing in all the information and scanning ID, etc., but fine overall. Maybe worth saving the support line number in the mobile and read the terms of check-in in advance, just in case.
Great value for money. Very nice forest with a bird-watching tower and cows nearby. Subway station (Aalto University) is pretty close, maybe 10-15 minutes walk. There is a shop K-market in front, which is convenient. Pretty quiet. There were many extras, like sauna, gym, etc, but we didn't have time to check it out. Also, not too far from Seurasaari.

FinlandThe location of the toilet seat in the bathroom is very cramped. The check-in wasn't very clearly explained (had to use tablets in the lobby with no staff guidance) and didn't expect to have to take photos of our IDs for it. The bed, pillows and blankets could be more comfortable.
The room looked nice and new. The staff were friendly. It was nice to get to borrow bikes for free. The curtains blocked the sunlight efficiently. The kitchen included everything needed. .

PolandVery limited AC configuration options, adjusting the temperature using the console on the wall didn't seem to do anything. Coupled with a fixed window this sometimes resulted in poor ventilation in the room.
