Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

- In the bathroom the toilet seat is too close to the shower cabin. - Pillows are small and not very comfy. - Bad insulation of the room and we could feel an air flow coming from the windows that made us feel cold in the evening.
Check in/out process is easy, room is nice, new, modern and clean. There is a free Sauna & GYM. The property is located near a Metro station.

The studio was very good equipped, situated in a newly furbished residential block. At the ground floor there was a nice lounge, rooms where you could work, a nice common kitchen where guests could cook or drink a coffee. Pool table and PS5 games :).

Great stay for a couple of days. Good communication over booking. Well equipped room/kitchen. Loved the free access to the gym, sauna and laundry. Value for money comparing to similar stays closer to the city. Metro and bus stops at a close distance. Easy self check in process!

Czech Republic- unfortunately, the building has a central ventilation system so the room was more hot than it was outside - it was difficult to ventilate the room because there is only a small window that you can open - the cooling pool in the sauna area disappeared the last day we visited for some unknown reason
- the studio was brand new - you can store the luggage in the hotel even after you check out and collect it later - the kitchen in the studio was fully equiped (which isn't always the case) - there is a big common kitchen at the ground level and some other common spaces - the studio was regularly cleaned - automated check-in worked seamlessly

United KingdomSome small hiccups in communal services: the movie/playstation room is small, so it can be occupied just by one person/small group, and usually, it was in use when we checked. (I'm not sure if there is a booking system for it.) However, it's a minor thing. The booking system in the laundry room didn't quite work. The machine I booked was in use and probably had a domino effect when I needed to use another one. But we got our clothes clean and best to avoid busy evening times if possible.
Modern, clean, and comfortable. Very well equiped and great communal areas and services available - well organised for a good guest experience, nice atmosphere. Office staff are available during the day and very helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

GeorgiaThe property has a shared space, living room, working space, tv area and a kitchen. Very interesting and comfortable. You have small kitchen space in your room as well, hence, may choose where to prepare your breakfast etc.
The property is not located in the central area but there is a metro and a bust station within 3-5 minute walking distance, therefore, the price for the location is acceptable.

As always it was a good stay at Noli Herttoniemi :) Room is very comfortable and functional, has everything you need. Close to the metro and buses from where you can easily go to city centre and also to many different markets. Cleaning staff is so kind and nice, I have only good experiences!

Bed was super comfortable and not too soft as in many Finnish hotels they usually are. The property was also really clean and everything was working well.
