The stay here was the best choice. The price is awesome for such a nice apartment! We even saw polar lights from our patio. I hope I’ll come back some day as the stay here felt like a fairlytale.

Great place and a great owner. It feels like home close to nature and just a little far in the bus stop but if you like walking no problem you could also ask help from the owner he will help you. I recommend this place to my friends and who are planning to visit Rovaniemi from the first time. Looking a nice hotel is good but knowing a nice owner to help you is great!

The place the and people. The owner( Tohir) is a great person. He help us a lot in our first trip in rovaniemi. The location is like home. Relaxing and close to nature. If you like to walk no problem if not you can ask the owner to pick you up with shuttle with car its just 5mins driving. He will assist you.the house is cozy and clean and you have a private sauna. I will be back again in Lomaverkit apartments and recommend it to my friends.

The apartments are very well equipped, bathroom with sauna and a nice comfortable bedroom. I loved the river on the back, the view is quite nice, we could see the aurora in the sky.

There is a lot of street light (not disturbing with the curtains closed) so the northern lights are more difficult to see

Very convenient location if you have a car (close to both the airport and the city centre, easy to find and to park right at the entrance), the apartments are spacious and well equipped, everything is clean and new. Very quiet neighborhood with a huge terrace and river view. Sauna is easy to switch on. The price is also really friendly comparing to other options in Northern Scandinavia.

A very nice and cosy house, clean, warm, good sauna, very nice was to find even a lovely sheep toy on the bed :))) A good bonus is own terrace with a wonderful view and big supermarkets in few minutes drive.

Like many other reviewers have said, the location is a bit far off from but there is a K-CityMarket within 30 mins walking distance to buy your food supplies. Apart from that, everything is great.

The scenery is really pretty during the winter. The apartment has everything included that you will need. The best time to visit is now because there are no Chinese tourists. So you can have 100% peace of mind with the least distractions. Would also like to say thanks to Toher for keeping the apartment in excellent condition for the guest. Definitely will revisit

Excellent apartment with everything you need and more (sauna included). It is located close to the city centre and even closer to all the activities in and around Rovaniemi. Still, it is a little bit outside and you can go for walks along the river. You can enjoy the nature and if you are lucky see the Northern Lights (away from the city lights). The host is very friendly and always helping. Free parking and good Wifi. We can highly recommend it and will come back, for sure.

A delightful place with beautiful views of nature. The winter atmosphere makes you feel like you are in a magical world. Close to everything, just 15 minutes by car to the airport. Santa's village only 10 minutes drive. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. From the place you can see the northern lights. A very warm and nice apartment, the atmosphere makes you feel at home. It was a relaxing holiday. We will definitely come back there again.
