For a four star hotel breakfast was rather poor & very ordinary.

Clean, large, quiet room, limited view. Gondola lift invaluable although price could be included in room cost.

The TV sometimes had a bad connection. But this was not a big problem.

There was a quite good breakfast, good service and the location was on a wonderful site in Pallas. Also a washing mashine and a dryer was available. Of course also a wonderful sauna was there with a georgeous view.

The diner tables were somewhat sticky at the breakfast which made the experience a bit unpleasant.

The breakfast was versatile and tasty. The view from the top was beautiful for sunset spotting.

Adorable location, nice breakfast and wide parking spot. Best value for money in the area. Remember that you have to climb 766 steps in case you would like to go to the Levi village by foot😊 (otherwise take taxi)

We ate at the restaurant one night and the service was very slow. We went down to gondola the rest of the nights instead. The sauna has limited hours (6-10PM). I would loved to have had access earlier in the afternoon.

The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had the drying rack in our room and we used it to dry wet clothes. The location was great for ski in and out but you had to take the gondola to get to town (or drive around which was about 8 min). If you didn't have a ski pass, you had to buy a pass daily to use the gondola down. I was the only non-skier of the group so I had to buy a pass each day to go to dinner.

More fokus at breakfast that people actually have clean hands.. there could be staff giving people clean towels to wash fingers before touching everything at the buffet wich we know is A bacteria bomb. Atleast there could be more desinfection available around before touching everything.

Getting to the village requires using the lift, or walking up the stairs but the lift does not open until 9:30. Prices are quite high, although this is a Finnish peculiarity in general. The hotel lifts are too small and slow at peak times.

The hotel is modern and clean in all aspects of its overall appearance. From the airport, there is a direct bus service to and from the hotel. The breakfast was full and healthy, the restaurant has a great view of the valley. The hotel offers a separate area for storing skis and snowboards, and other equipment, downstairs on the ground level directly to the ski lift. Internet connection was excellent.

I wish the hours of the sauna were longer. It is only open 6-10, which made it difficult for our group to coordinate with dinner time and then heading out to see northern lights and/or sleep.
