The rooms were away from reception areas , quite far away - like 400 to 500 m . This was very inconvenient , especially when the weather was not good . Beach area also very far away . They did not think of having umbrellas for guests walking from rooms to reception - dining and back . This was really very strange , as we were stuck if it rained !! Reception desk did not help too much in booking our taxi to Turku. In fact it took me 2 visits and 30 minutes to get this done !! Really shocking ! Website is quite misleading .....in many ways .

The breakfast was not great, certainly not five star. Nothing Vegan and no labeling of food on the buffet, which is not very helpful and dangerous considering customers with allergies. The only thing I was able to eat was some tomatoes, cucumber and two croissants. No selection of yogurts just one dish of yoghurt but not labeled so I didn't risk it . The selection of TV channels was very poor. The cups provided in the accommodation were not suitable for holding hot drinks . The air conditioning at the accommodation was far too noisy.

The setting is excellent. The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet even though there were many people there, excellent facilities.

But the Sauna was working fine. A lot of towels at our disposal. We had everything we needed regarding kitchen equipment and washing machine. The breakfast was very good as well. And friendly staff. The bed was comfortable.

No WLAN in the room. Worn out sofa and wobbly toilet… The fridge and the floor were not really clean. Dirty curtain and in the first night smell of paint. Bad air circulation…

Reception stuff may have been a bit tired and busy. Our hotel room was nice and spacious but with a price of 300,- per night (we were 3 persons) it also should be functioning; TV in our was not working at all and when I asked about that in the morning the response was a bit unfriendly without apologies. We took the upgraded breakfast but could have been offered e.g. a little discount for that because TV was not working but nothing was offered.

The airconditioning unit is placed above the bed, and when some condense water dropped, we had it in the bed. I told the reception and they were thankful for it and said they will have it fixed.

The location and the whole property are gorgeous, makes you want to stay much longer than one night only. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful.

As mentioned in an earlier review, proximity to the Finnlines Ferry Terminal as main driver to stay here again as it is only 10 minutes away. Arriving in on the inbound sailing from Aland at almost 8pm that makes the difference. Third occasion we have stayed here and we would not return if not happy. Apartment is accessible with two small steps in. However, the apartment is on a steep hill, so, use the car to go to the main building for breakfast, don't use a wheelchair. Apartment was well presented, and equipped with everything needed. Two complaints I had about a faulty dishwasher and loose toilet seat were dealt with promptness in the morning when I mentioned them at breakfast. By the time we had returned to the apartment, all has been fixed. Breakfast is excellent with great views over the golf course. If you want a noisy time, then this may not be the place for you as we have found it always quite which we like. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area, put it on your consideration list. Be prepared if you arrive after 8pm, you may need to collect you keys from a designated area. However, you will be informed of this, and where to find them.

Tip - this is not a dislike, just an observation, if you have mobility issues, request a ground floor room as there are no lifts.

Just to say we were booked in here a few days later, so more in that review. However, main purpose of staying here, as it was back in 2011 is the proximity to the Finnlines Ferry Terminal. 10 minutes by car if that. Stairs to upper hotel rooms in buildings A, B and C have shallow steps and a handrail which my father with limited mobility could manage.

room was very cold. bed was too soft to sleep. we called to the customer service and unfortunately they couldn’t help to adjust the room temperature. I got sick while sleeping in a very cold room. There was a lot of snow everywhere and no body came to clean. it was mentioned while booking that there is a laundry option but there was not mentioned about detergents that we need to bring our own. otherwise it was nice staying there.

Cold room with no warming In the bathroom floor! We waited to go to a nice room from freezing weather at night but instead it was very cold inside. As if there was heating on only when we put airpump on ourselves (was there even any other heating method?). We hade to keep bathroom door open to get it warmer beforehand but it didn't help with the floor and it was very unpleasant to take a shower. Eventually room got warm. I don't understand why they didn't heat it before we got there. Saving electricity? Wrong place, wrong time.

Breakfast was quite good and the location itself was nice. A good size room and neutral decoration.

very dirty, dusty, bathroom was filthy and full of glue in the shower. 1 clean towel and 1 half roll toilet paper for 4 nights stay. smelt like there had been dog before us.

Our room was very dirty (there was even a dirty sock from previous stay) and as the hotel was fully booked we couldn’t get another room….unfortunately not easy to change to another hotel when it is late and having 2 small children. The hotel gave a 20% refund which in our opinion it is not enough after sleeping in a bed full of dog hairs
