Some instructions on how to use the sauna in the basement (how to turn it on/off, do I need to register etc?) would have been nice. Maybe ask via message for your stay

Great, very new apartment. Good equipment in the kitchen. Even a sauna available in the basement! Communication was very quick.

It's an apartment and the keys are in a locker a little bit far. You have to arrive from 4pm up but the check out is at 11am and you need to return the key to the locker (12min walking) carrying your luggages. Also Wifi didn't work and they had to check next day. Neither had trash bags in the apartment. I think they have different apartments around the city so the photos can not be very precise.

Some of the kitchen equipment are dated - the kettle for example gave a weird taste to the water after boiling. It is not a major negative though. The apartment was quite warm in the summer.

The apartment is small but comfy and clean, and very good value for money (we traveled in the summer). The location is central with cafes and restaurants nearby. The sauna worked well, it felt nice after a long day. Minimal cooking utensils in the kitchen are suitable for making uncomplicated food - eggs for breakfast or pasta for dinner. Despite staying there in summer, there weren’t any mosquitoes in the apartment even with windows open in the evening.

Apartment was in the center of the city, it was comfy and it had everything that we needed.

It seemed a bit old. It was clean and had all the amenities but seemed a bit old and wasn’t very appealing on the interior. There were some minor irritants- the beds in the bedroom were placed such that the door couldn’t close. The handle on one of the bathroom doors was broken and the bidet was leaking.

It had everything you could need - washing machine, bidet, beds, linens, kitchen, dining table, oven, dishwasher etc…

Apartment was dirty. Didn't get a confirmation of which apartment we got until I arrived and called the host. They were all the time messaging me with spam about excursions they tried to sell but not answering my messages about check in time. The main light of the living room didn't work, it was quite dark and uncomfortable for eating dinner, I contacted the property asking if they can fix it and never get a response, they ignore my message and requested me to take the trash out before check out.

Good location, 18 minute walk from central Station or a 15 euro taxi ride. Good facilities inside with Sauna. Angry bird park was at walking distance.

The apartment wasn't clean very well, there were hair of other people and some spots in the bathroom, in the kitchen and on the mattress.

The position is very good, in the center of Rovaniemi, close to all restaurants and services.

Codes sent in many messages were quite confusing. But after few days it was great. I think for a family stay of more than 3days enough toilet paper and hand paper.

This apartment was perfect, comfortable and has all primary necessities to cook a good meal.

I didn't like that there weren't instructions for using the sauna. Not everyone is Finish and know these things. Also, the balcony was closed off with sofa so it seemed inaccessible and it wasn't listed here as an option.

Individual key pick-up. Everything was well explained so there weren't any problems. Although, it was a little bit of a challenge to find the right apartment because some apartments on different floors have the same name. I didn't know I should look for numbers. Also - one key unlocks everything.

Cleaningness can be improved, communication with the host can be improved (we asked info about the car parking and we never got an answer). Inside it was very hot, even reducing the temperature set on the thermostat.

There were no curtains, so it was hard to keep the sun out of the bedroom. There were human hairs on the bedding, which made me wonder if it had been changed. There was no response from the renters when I asked questions. The flat is overlooking a bust street, so it's quite noisy.

Loose wires hanging out of TV. My 1 year old child was trying to pull them wires as they were hanging very low which would of been better if they were hidden.
