Toilets and showers are impeccable. Infrastructure is really good. Hostel is well located in the city center. I arrived very late and they left me clear instructions on how to access the building and my room.

Phuck mii ... the app dumped my lengthy, thoughtful review. Sorry ... this is all you're gonna get! Summary: - Stay here. The staff are wonderful. It's exceptionally clean, safe, and generally provides good value for the money. - Eat dinner at the nearby Pure Pizza 🍕 or Pure Burger 🍔. The restaurants seem to share a common kitchen. Pictures posted below. - Avoid the nearby karaoke club, Roy's Bar. No bueno. - Instead, at the nearby People's Pub, ask the friendly blonde bartender if you may have a slice of FREE carrot cake 🥕 🍰 (w/ milk!) at Kansankatu 15, 96200 Rovaniemi, Finland. - Important: When ordering a drink, ask for the "yellow sticker" discount! See example, below. Also, tell her the American from Washington DC sent you.

The beds were making noise when tossing and turning, glad no one was sleeping above me! Breakfast was a bit pricey, also the fridge in the kitchen could have been a bit bigger

A cute and home-like (as the name suggests) place in the heart of Rovaniemi. We stayed in a twin room which had its own bathroom, and because the breakfast was also included, this was like any hotel even though it's labelled hostel.

No TV I'm my room but there was one in common area

Location and staff. The room was clean and huge. The kitchen area spotless. Breakfast was excellent. The place has very clever details. A great place to stay half a block from the beautiful river walk. Also free sauna every evening

Not much protein on the breakfast but otherwise was good. There is also a private garage for 10 euros per night that I didn't know about beforehand that I would have liked to know about beforehand.

The window blinds in the room were insufficient to prevent the light from coming in during summer.

The hostel is centrally located. The rooms have ample space and are not congested. Offers safe bike parking.

The commune kitchen induction stove takes way too long to heat up. Some pots aren't for usage on induction cooker, and knives are blunt.

Buffet breakfast, nice staff, very good WiFi, hot shower with good water pressure, good location too. There's a commune kitchen which you can make your own meals.

I would have liked a hairdryer in my room.

Our room was spacious, bright and very comfortable. the only thing I would have liked in the room was a hairdryer! The breakfast was superb - really healthy and great coffee. We also booked the private sauna and we loved it - again a great facility to have access to.

One cannot put a lot of stuffs in the almirah. I guess this was the only thing I did not like.

It was super cleaned and well maintained. The location is very good. From the nearest bus stop, you can get a direct bus to Santa Claus Village and train station. They serve an optional breakfast also at a reasonable rate. You can enjoy a free Sauna, which is a big plus.

Very clean, comfortable hostel. I haven't stayed at a hostel in years, so I was a bit nervous but it was great. This is really a hotel with some shared facilities. We had a room with a private bathroom and it felt like a hotel, but with the bonus of having a kitchen just down the hall. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and responsive before we arrived and while we were there. They left the key to our room with very clear instructions since we arrived after hours.
