We had a 8 nights stay and were asked to change our apartment at a very short notice without informing earlier. This should have been informed at the time of Check-in so that we could have planned it. Thankfully it was a next door apartment but we ended up wasting few hours of our time when we were about to go out for a long day trip.

This was our 2nd Stay with Holiday Club Saariselka and we loved the convenience and the comfort of staying in the apartments of Holiday Club Saariselka

They should have a bigger Restaurant & include a variety of Vegetarian/Vegan food.

The Location as its in the Centre. The Apartments were spacious, clean & had everything including a Kitchenette. Its a bit far in winter as you need to collect your keys from the Reception desk which is far & would make it difficult for the Senior Citizens to reach the apartments. We were quite ok with it. Kristina at the Reception was very friendly & was ready to solve & suggest everything.

Our AirBNB apartment had so many problems that we couldn't even spend one night in it. Holiday Club Saariselka to the rescue! We booked online at 11.20pm, took the short walk across the town and checked in within ten mins. The staff were brilliant, understood the frustrating position we found ourselves in and went out of the way to be helpful. The apartment was smaller than we had planned for but worked for our purposes that week.

the pictures in the advertisement were taken in another apartment. Ours' still was very comfortable and everything was clean and functional, but we expected something a little bit different. Also the price for the pool is completely unreasonable, even with the member card it was way too expensive! Overall the stay was still really really nice and the price was okay for the area

the check-in time is very late...they gave us the apartment by 2pm but initially they had given us the time as 5 pm! the loft had very less height and was uncomfortable for adults to get in.....but the bed was comfortable... the fireplace takes up a lot of place in the hall...

Great appartment and good location in centre of Saariselka. Checking in was easy and staff at the reception was helpfull. Bar and lounge at the hotel are very nice and had a great meal at the restaurant.

A little tricky to find with the instructions given, but got there in the end afetr stopping several times to ask for directions.

If you are staying in a serviced apartment, they are not close to the main reception building. Some are 5-10min walk away. Not everyone arrives by car. The hotel should consider a cart or a little minibus that can help those with luggage, as when I arrived it was heavily snowed in, -18 Celsius and I had to search for the apartment which was not too easy to find.

You have great amenities. The self serviced apartments are well furnished and have everything you would need for your stay, including a sauna. If you have any excursions, companies can pick you up from this hotel. The main bus stop is maybe 30seconds away from the main reception, which is very helpful.

The appartments are spread out over the village. Ours was about 800m from the lobby. No transportation is provided, staff suggested we take a taxi from reception to the appartment at commercial taxi rates (sledges are available at a rate too). Master bedroom small, only one bed lamp working, no electricity outlet near bed.

Very nice appartment with own sauna and fireplace. Wood is provided (no matches though…). Kitchen well equiped. Nice floor heating at entrance 😁

Staff for not the most friendly..my only interaction with them was reception and it was very basic ..didn't ask how the stay was when I checked out and when I asked where aurora hut was the lady said no idea unless I could give her an address and then I saw the sign for it at the end of the road Also we had to make the sofa bed but sheet provided wasn't big enough, quilt cover had holes in and pillows were very lumpy ...fine for 2 nights but longer would have been disappointing

The temperature was a bit cold inside the flat (19c with boost possible at 20c). We were having the penthouse flat. It is excellent for family in my opinion but not for friends. The 3 rooms are very different in confort and size. It is ok when you have kids but with a group of friends it is a bit weird with some having a spacious room and some a small one without windows Not a deal breaker though.

Overall very good and pleasant stay. The apartment was cosy, spacious and functional.

The price didn’t include the use of the pool which was quite a lot extra. The apartment was quite a walk away which we didn’t realise until we checked in. It would be good to be told before booking how far the apartment was to the hotel Reception. The reception area was always busy with tours so never anywhere to sit.

One thing we didnt like is the location. the location is far away. We need to get a cab and it cost us about 40 eur return trip.

Nothing all great!! Had to pay extra to go in swimming pool. Cost €72 for family of 5 (booking.com states extra charge but does not specify price so you need to be aware of this as pricey for what it was) not overly warm either !

Gorgeous apartment with everything you could possibly need even down to firewood and matches. Lovely cosy fire and drying cupboard was a godsend. Dishwasher and washing machine also!
