The apartment is not correctly pinned in the advertisement. The location pin is the key pickup point. Our apartment was over a kilometer southwest of the key pickup (which was a big disappointment for us because we thought we were going to stay right near all the action). The location was not disclosed until after we booked a nonrefundable stay. The apartment needs some maintenance (burned out light bulbs, a few handles and hinges didn't function well, sink clog, etc).

7/10. Spacious apartment. Sparkling clean. Beautiful sauna (appreciated the disposable sitting pads). Quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. Well-stocked kitchen. Nice linens. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here for a week and we would stay again.

The location is great I. The city center while y quiet inside the building. It’s spacious, clean and thoughtfully equipped with almost everything the travelers need.

TV did not seem to work at all (on off switch faulty?). Shower was very small and flexible hose was breaking (which leaked water and reduced pressure). Bed was a small double.

The clothes dryer didn't work and washing machine was hard to use. Was a little warm, would have been good to have some fans.

The location was great, had a lift which was a great as we had a wheelchair. Very spacious, loved that every room had a door to separate them. Kitchen was large. The view out the window was great.

The keys have to be collected in the center, close to the main station. But the apartment is more than 20 minutes to walk - inconvenient with luggage.

Lots of thing broken and just tape with brown tape like shower head, refrigerator door, hoover etc. Kitchen cooker wall glass is cracked too! 6 of us stay 2 nights only providing 2 toilet roll!

Although these were minor issues for us, the following areas could be improved - Toilet door and lock were a bit dodgy and did not close properly - The bathroom floor got soaked after someone showered (insufficient partitioning) - Only four towels were provided, even though we booked for five people - The washing machine for clothes was broken (the drying machined worked properly)

Perfect location - right next to Helsinki Central Station and bus station but in a very quiet location and within walking distance to the town centre and harbour. Convenience - a large supermarket & shopping centre, restaurants and bars are within a minute's walk. Spacious rooms - the living room, bedroom and kitchen are spacious and ideal for large families. Furnishings - the beds, sofas and kitchen equipment are all of good quality and make for a very comfortable stay. Easy check-in - the key delivery point (key box) is located right next to the entrance to the property.

Cleanliness could be better. Very few towels provided. Fold out sofa was uncomfortable to sleep on. All easy to remedy.

Brilliant location, right in the main centre of Helsinki. Great instructions to get to the property. Little balcony which had not been mentioned but was lovely to have. Well equipped kitchen. Bright and airy.

To self-pick up the key at office place is totally fine but to get to the apartment where is another location which is around 3-4 kms further might be struggle and not convenience for tourism with a big luggage. Only few cutlery is available.

The exact address was not provided until it was too late to cancel the reservation. The location on Booking.com indicated the apartment was on the main square adjacent to the train station. It turns out the apartment was a mile away. The host did not provide the specific of the apartment until 12 hours prior to our arrival, while we were in the air. The host was late to arrive to provide our keys, so we waited on the sidewalk for about an hour post our agreed time to enter the apartment. We then took a taxi to the apartment, which cost 60 euros. We specifically wanted to be closer to town and would not have stayed at this location, had we known its address. I do not think the operator was forthcoming, and it was really a bad start to our trip. Lastly, the lack of an air conditioner made the apartment uncomfortable on hot days.

The apartment was clean, well decorated and the location felt safe. A tram stop was a bit over a block away. There were several food stores and restaurants within a 15 minute walk.

The kitchen and shower room are quite dated and several light bulbs have blown. The kitchen has cupboards that don't close very well and there is exposed electrical wiring in the ceiling - nothing dangerous but detracts from the overall ambience. The front door lock is extremely difficult to open, key needs to be wiggled in the lock to get it in and then the door pulled to turn the lock. I would strongly advise the instructions to access the property to be updated to at least advise on this - unless you want more calls at 10pm saying you can't get in!

The apartment suited our needs - it was clean, relatively central and we got good nights' sleep. We tried the sauna but not really our thing. My daughter loved the polar bear toy.
