Can't think of anything we didn't like. If we had to pick one, we'd say the lock is hard to open. A slight learning curve to it. The area is very quiet and private..we love it.

Upon arriving, we realised Arctic Circle holiday homes had bigger units opposite us. Perhaps only available via Arctic Circle website and not booking.com? Ours was a 2 bedroom for our family of 4. Everything was spick and span and according to pictures shown on booking.com. Upon entry, there is a space to demarcate the entrance and walkway such that you can remove your snowy boots and dry them a bit before entering and messing the place. So important in winter! Level of cleanliness in Finland is great..we love the attention to little details like for example: the squeegee to dry up the bathroom floor, the amenities and toilettries provided. The nooks and crannies to store detergent and laundry cabinet next to the washing machine. Everything made our 4 day stay so pleasant and housechores became enjoyable! The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cutlery for different purposes. We cooked nightly there and so this is important! Outside the house, is a snow slope where my kids sled daily. A winter wonderland indeed. We were sad to leave this property!(by magical chance..we saw aurora borealis on our last night just outside the property.) Many thanks Mila!!

Milla was amazing to deal with during the entire booking process, and incredibly accommodating. We had an early check in kindly given to us, which enabled us to go directly from the train station to the house at 7:30am - this really was so hugely helpful and we so appreciated being able to drop our luggage off instead of trying to find storage for the day. We were also able to leave our luggage in the storage room by the accommodation on our final day after checking out, while we went skiing for the day - again, this was a massive help!! Great location, super clean and so comfortable, with absolutely everything available in the house that we needed - we had a wonderful family stay over Christmas and it was perfect for us! Thank you so much Milla!!

the hostess was wonderful. a very attentive, friendly and pleasant woman. She made sure our stay was perfect. She answered all our questions and attended to us even outside of normal hours. the perfect facilities. And in a perfect location to visit everything around.

The only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to lower the heating temperature as it was quite warm on an evening (which we’re probably just not used to!) but a very minor thing and one I didn’t bother contacting the property owners about.

The property really is marvellous. The owners kindly had it ready and thoroughly cleaned for us to check in at 1pm which we were very grateful for. Communication in advance was very good. As many others have said, it is excellently equipped with everything you will need. Far better than any other holiday homes we have stayed in. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the layout was excellent and it has plenty of storage for clothes and suitcases. We used taxis to get around which was very easy, always came within 5 minutes of requesting one. Great to have sledges provided and the nearest shop is just over a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend staying here, particularly if you have children and want the extra space. There are many options for food delivery if you find want to cook and most offer better options for young children than the restaurants we looked at.

Excellent location. Just 10 minutes drive to santa village and 5 minutes from airport. Had a bus stop just a few hundred yards from property that took you into santa village. A small supermarket was only a 10 minutes walk away. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and cosy with everything you could possibly need. The kids loved the sledges that were there to use. Milla was easy to contact and answered any questions. Would definitely recommend

The main door wasnt easy to open or close with the key but we managed somehow. Everything else was good.

Great location, close to scv & santapark. Bus stop a few mins walk away. Free sledges to use with a nice slope at the house to go up and down. House was very modern, clean and had everything we needed. Would def recommend and stay here again.

Loved the decor , and how clean it was, loved the space it was like a tardis, with lots of storage and hanging space , the host is so helpful in responding to any questions you have , i cannot recommend this place enough

The apartment was in a great location by the Santa Claus village and not far from the city. It was very comfortable and the sauna was great. They provided free sledges and the sloped gardens outside were perfect for sledging. It was perfect.

Location was excellent. Good value for money, it was really clean, nicely arranged in a typical Scandinavian style and had many things that are valuable to the family: a washing machine, microwave etc. they had basic things like sugar, salt and oil available, dishwasher pills (though we did not know how to use it, we tried many times, but failed to turn it on - perhaps instructions would be good to have). It is even nicer than on the photos, though we first thought we booked the newer accommodation which I think is from the same provider (above these apartments) and it is really stylish, but also “older” Artic homes do not disappoint.

This apartment was the perfect place for a family to visit the Santa Claus Village. It was well equipped with everything that you could possibly want for a stay with a family. It was spotless and the host was very kind and allowed us to check in early. Our fight arrived early in the day and our children were exhausted so we really appreciated that

The apartment is located in a small forest, with beautiful surrounding scenery. I highly recommend taking a walk in the nearby forest. There is a path near the apartment that leads to a supermarket, making shopping very convenient. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and tidy. All the necessary living facilities are thoughtfully considered, giving a homely feeling. I highly recommend Arctic Circle Holiday Homes and hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

Great little holiday home with easy access to the city and to all attractions. Apartment was clean, and had everything we needed. Super cosy and comfy. At times, the apartment does become a bit too warm, and there was no option to turn the heating down, but apart from that, all was good and we enjoyed the sauna option.
