Great modern hotel in a great location with parking on site

The swimming pool was freezing. The view from our room was very limited, it looked out in to a wall.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bedrooms were spacious and clean finish. The lobby smelt incredible and the decor was beautiful.

The only negative feedback for us was the beds are quite hard which caused broken sleep and some early morning discomfort, a topper on the bed would help I feel.

This property is very well presented, the decor is exceptional and the facilities were amazing. Cleanliness to a very high standard, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is very tasty, drinks are great and great value! The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to chill out and relax on days when you want to rest your feet.

I have nothing to complain about.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have been happy with the service and the location. Its reasonable in price and the rooms are clean and fresh. its our go to as a family when visiting Seville.

Nothing worth noting

First and foremost the staff are all wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and all happy to put up with our poor attempts at speaking some Spanish. Jose and Carmen went out of their way to be helpful at the poolside. I would go as far as to say that the Seville Zenit staff are the best we’ve met at any hotel over the years. The hotel is immaculate and placed in Triana where there are plenty of great places to eat and experience local tradition. The entrance to the hotel is off the main streets where there is a lovely courtyard and shady seated area with great restaurant which offers a calmness from the hustle and bustle of the streets. Although set in the old town the hotel is a short walk across the Isabel II Bridge to the main part of the City.

The position of this hotel is perfect. Close to the tourist sites, good restaurants and bars in the area and fantastic value for money. Spacious, clean designed rooms.

Nothing to dislike. The only snag was the wait for the pool side loungers as were always in high demand. The pool area was brilliantly managed however.

Spotlessly clean. Beautiful decor. Friendly and helpful team. Fabulous restaurant on site. Great roof top terrace area. Comfortable beds. Heavenly shower.

The outside restaurant downstairs had a great affordable menu with delicious food! Much better food than a lot of other restaurants we ate. The big rooftop area was great too for a drink and a swim when it’s hot in the afternoon.

Housekeeping arrangement for apartment stays, one was included for our 5 days stay but the timing of it didn’t make sense. After discussion, it was resolved with the hotel. One or two bar staff need to improve their customer service and smile a bit more too.

Hotel is modern, clean and calm. We loved the rooftop pool area, great space to be able to enjoy the sunshine. We had a two bedroom apartment which was adjacent to the hotel. Very spacious and ideal for the three of us. It is well equipped too. We had breakfast in hotel too, did the job for us. Maybe make it known to customer that you can order eggs and ensure food areas are always stocked otherwise perfect. The pool and pool bar are operated by a third party. It’s a great space, however, not a big area and if full you have to wait for a bed - which didn’t bother us as we would sit in the sun til available. Majority of pool staff were fantastic, Christian and Carmen in particular.

The shower was rubbish.

Nothing. The whole stay was a delight.

The hotel is central to the tourist part of Seville but tucked away enough to be quiet and a calm oasis after busy days. The pool area is a delight. The staff are great and the breakfasts are excellent. We also found room service to be a cut above. We had an exceptionally large room and we were very comfortable for our whole stay.
