The gym could do with water on it. Breakfast needs more cutlery. Water in the room could be complimentary

Staff were great, the gym was well equipped, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was great. Area outside and next to reception was friendly, clean and relaxing.

Food wasn't great. We ate at their restaurant one night. The 3 course venue was very reasonable but food disappointing. On the night it wasn't particularly busy but the service was awful. Had to ask to get a drink a few times and one waiter in particular seemed to almost ignore us. A young male waiter was helpful and he apologised. The female waitresses were all friendly.

The coffee machines for the breakfast were broken four days of my stay, and the coffee served in big Caracas were not that good.

The clam relaxing ambiance in a busy city. The location was vet convenient, and the staff we very helpful.

Didn't like the room view it was dark most of the time. Staff in the hotel and at the pool were excellent. Only complaint was the lady on the bar beside the pool was rude, not very attentive and had an attitude problem

Clean, airy, good food, great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Nicely tucked away and quiet. Roof pool was a superb late afternoon relaxer after a lot of exploring! Pool guy, Jose, so helpful and the air was still warm enough to sunbath until 6.30/7pm even in early October.

The pool does not open until 2pm during the weekdays and 12pm at the weekend. There is not light snacks or food available at the pool.

The location is very central and the property is modern and very clean. The bedrooms are quiet and free of noise for sleeping. One of the better pool terraces in the city with ample sun loungers and good sunshine.

The swimming pool was freezing. The view from our room was very limited, it looked out in to a wall.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bedrooms were spacious and clean finish. The lobby smelt incredible and the decor was beautiful.

The only negative feedback for us was the beds are quite hard which caused broken sleep and some early morning discomfort, a topper on the bed would help I feel.

This property is very well presented, the decor is exceptional and the facilities were amazing. Cleanliness to a very high standard, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is very tasty, drinks are great and great value! The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to chill out and relax on days when you want to rest your feet.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and have been happy with the service and the location. Its reasonable in price and the rooms are clean and fresh. its our go to as a family when visiting Seville.

Nothing worth noting

First and foremost the staff are all wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and all happy to put up with our poor attempts at speaking some Spanish. Jose and Carmen went out of their way to be helpful at the poolside. I would go as far as to say that the Seville Zenit staff are the best we’ve met at any hotel over the years. The hotel is immaculate and placed in Triana where there are plenty of great places to eat and experience local tradition. The entrance to the hotel is off the main streets where there is a lovely courtyard and shady seated area with great restaurant which offers a calmness from the hustle and bustle of the streets. Although set in the old town the hotel is a short walk across the Isabel II Bridge to the main part of the City.

Nothing to dislike. The only snag was the wait for the pool side loungers as were always in high demand. The pool area was brilliantly managed however.

Spotlessly clean. Beautiful decor. Friendly and helpful team. Fabulous restaurant on site. Great roof top terrace area. Comfortable beds. Heavenly shower.
