We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt would have been nice to have been forewarned that the hotel restaurant closes on a Sunday night. We did however find a nice restaurant which wasn't.
Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Large bedroom with comfortable beds and well equipped shower room. Good central location within walking distance of all major sights. Public but secure underground car park 2 minutes walk away. Would definitely return when next in the area.

United StatesA traditional hotel with all its charm and modern conveniences in the very center of Valladolid. Our room was cozy and comfortable and very clean. Nothing was missing. The courteous staff was welcoming and friendly. Roberto at the reception gave us useful information and a detailed itinerary that made us truly enjoy our short visit to beautiful Valladolid. Veronica, at the desk in the morning was helpful and very attentive as well. Definitely a positive experience, I recommend it!

FranceWindows appeared to be not double glazed so could be noisy, especially as festival was on. Door lock tricky, easy to lock from inside but difficult to open.
Location great only a short distance from Plaza Mayor. Room good size, ample electrical points. WiFi very good. Shower very good with excellent water pressure.

This was an extraordinary experience! I felt like transferred to another time where customers and their happiness really matter. The loveliest staff, Roberto and Paloma did everything they could.

Pets are allowed ❤️ 🐶 They even have a bed for dog and some snacks 😃 Staff were really nice and helpful. The room was big enough and clean.

The location is absolutely great, in the middle of the city but with easy parking & very quiet. Roberto, on the front desk, is a pleasure to meet. He’s so knowledgeable about a city that he is obviously very proud of & he was extremely accommodating. A beautiful, traditional hotel.

He's so interested in people and helps them have a great stay in Valladolid Location is brilliant just off the plaza mayor. Valladolid city is beautiful with amazing architecture and has a has a lovely walkway/paseo all the way to the train station. Another hotel that had my room ready early.

SpainVery old school vibe, perhaps too much for my taste. No free parking. Room rather tiny. AC didn't really work - we traveled in August and it was so hot at night we couldn't sleep. No extras in room (water etc.) Fridge didn't work. For a 4-star standard, not enough I'd say.
Location couldn't be better, right next to Plaza Mayor. The room was very clean.

SpainMy partner missed scrambled eggs and bacon from the breakfast. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and you could hear everything from the streets and the corridor (but not from the other rooms).
It was right next to plaza Mayor, Robert at the reception was super nice, he explained us what we can visit and gave us a map. I loved the breakfast: they had many fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice, and good cold cuts. The bathroom was pretty big.
