Issue with toilet which was reported day after our arrival, say we left it has still not been fixed. We were told property was cleaned daily except Wednesday which I assumed meant floors at least swept but no! what they should say is the beds are made and towels changed as they didn’t clean our apt the whole stay apart from doing beds/towels. Apart from this holiday and hotel was fantastic

The food for the evening meals where very poor with little variety, very slow service of staff to serve food been freshly cooked to guests, resulting in none available or undercooked meats , a lot of leftover food been used in next days dishes , not planned to make a menu dinner experience, would not say a four star restaurant , there was no nightime entertainment shows, or music , bingo one game or a terrible quiz .

You could hear people coming loudly and going as we were by the main door entrance. Indoor pool is tiny but needed when it’s not peak season as outdoor pools aren’t heated!

There are a few points for improvement: first, the spa area and facilities were not fully working. The whirlpool was off and all these nice massage showers and so were not working, a pity. The second improvement point is the quality and options of food in the bistro restaurant. Food was not really tasty, too basic and so not Majorcan, another pity. The last point for improvement is the lack of kitchen crockery if you want to have breakfast or lunch in the apartment. Some little bowls for milk and cereal would be great to have.

The hotel facilities are great. The apartment is super spacious and we'll maintained. The staff is super friendly and relaxed. I enjoyed the sportive activities, and the pool. There are also great drinks at the bar and price is very good. It's excellent for families with kids.

I didn’t like a few things: - Pools closing at 6pm - I think the adult pool should stay open longer as not everyone has travelled with kids - After about 10pm or so it’s hard to find any food in the hotel, also seemed their was no room service. I had to walk to the beach area about 15mins if I relaxed for too long and overslept. This was a-bit scary at night as a solo traveller. - The water fountains really need to be cleaned, they have a terrible smell -Bathroom was outdated

Spa area things were not on and no staff to ask.. No clear signage to show changing room etc to put stuff. Could have provided list of spa treatments and activities timetable when checking in.

The pools are very cold and some facilities eed to be upgraded. Fountains at the front were not working and so the stagnant water had flies and vegetation growing.

Our room was from the street side and the noise from the early morning traffic was disturbing. The wifi was very week, and the inside pool rather small. Still, altogether, very good and beautiful hotel.

The food!! it was the worst buffet we have experienced for many years, the same items for the ENTIRE stay, poor quality and VERY poor choice, we were there for a week and got to the point we had to start eating out owing the same food with ZERO change day after day, go to the Protur Florina in Son serva, then you will get a fantastic choice and food quality. the Zafiro Palma Nova is also excellent, this Hotel is way off the mark

I wish the WiFi connection was better. My partner and I are food lovers and felt the buffet was more tailored to childrens tastes and did not enjoy the food as much. However it would be great for families!

The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious and the pools nice and quiet. We never had any issues finding a sun bed.

The fact that a child can just open the doors of the apartments. How a facility catering for children doesn't have higher locks and the fact it hasn't bitten them already with an incident shocks me. Our near 2 year old opened our door twice. Also, room didn't look much like what we booked at all. Finally, light switches. Two different switches fell off the wall when we simply turned the light on. Like the whole switch. Completely off.

Pool was great but a lot of chipped tiles in it. Food was fantastic at dinner but very poor at breakfast. Most of the "hot food" bacon, has brown etc was freezing.

The facilities / equipment are a bit more worn out than the pictures show on Booking.com. Not a huge difference though.

There are several pools for all ages. It didn't feel crowded despite the peak season. This place is a one of the best choice for families with smaller kids. The dedicated 'adults only' pool is a huge plus.

The hotel staffs are exceptionally friendly and kind. They really took care of us during our stay. Especially the restaurant staff Ninel G., who is the nicest staff that I have met so far. The hotel room itself is large and has basic kitchen facilities. The double bed is very large and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very quite neighbourhood and it is walking distance to the Can Picafort beach.

The Spa & Wellness pool is really small & the water isn’t fresh. The Dinner buffet food is not that good. But all in all I have nothing to complain since the price is cheap & it compensates the staffs excellent service.

The staffs are extra kind & accommodating. If you need anything they always help you with a smile & they provide you the best option that suits your needs & wants. Their bed is very comfortable. We were able to rest & sleep very well.

The food was good but not amazing. I wouldn't have been able to eat there every day buy fine for one or two evenings.

This was a great hotel for families with toddlers. The kids pool was great, the kids entertainment was so good, the playground and all the kids loved Izzy. It was close to the beach and restaurants.
