Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Wow, what a great stay! I want to echo the sentiment that this hotel is a hidden gem, with possibly the best staff around. Right from the start, Leo was incredibly helpful over the phone, assisting me with changing my stay dates (though I didn't get to meet him in person, his assistance was invaluable). Aja truly stands out with her exceptional hospitality skills and genuine friendliness; she goes above and beyond for guests. And Ramon was fantastic, offering excellent suggestions for exploring La Rambla. Alex and David were also incredibly friendly and professional. This hotel will definitely be my go-to place every time I'm in Barcelona—great location and a top-tier staff make it an unbeatable choice.

The staff was superkind and helpful! They gave us great recomendations and tips! The room was clean and cosy and with all the amendities! The location is superb and the rooftop of the hotel has a nice view of las Ramblas. The breakfast was really nice and you can choose the way you will have your eggs (they are cooked the moment your order them). You could refill the water bottle they provide in the room and ask for more at any time. Everyday there was a little treat for us in the room.

The staff, specifically Alex and Ramon, were unbelievable - this trip was booked last minute and I had no plans, these 2 basically built an entire city tour with food and drink recommendations while I checked in. The rooftop terrace is amazing.

CroatiaThe hotel is located on Las ramblas in the very center of Barcelona and is close to most of the major sights which you can visit by foot. Although the streets outside are very busy and crowded with people, the rooms are quiet and you can sleep comfortably. The rooms are cosy and clean. The staff is amazing, very friendly and will help you with anything you need while visiting (shout out to Aja 😊). Looking forward to another visit!

Superb location right at the top of Las Ramblas which was perfect for us as it’s quite central and close to the excellent food market nearby. The hotel was perfect! Super stylish, clean, comfy beds, amazingly quiet given the location (we had a balcony room overlooking Las Ramblas). The rooftop bar is superb and super chilled and the staff can’t do enough for you. The breakfast was also really good.
