I didn’t feel room was vacuumed / cleaned super well unfortunately during our stay. Bed was always made and fresh towels were always supplied. But the cleaning itself was 3 out of 10

Room size was pretty small, don’t think it would fit two people with two suitcases- but it was decent for one person ☺️

Wow, what a great stay! I want to echo the sentiment that this hotel is a hidden gem, with possibly the best staff around. Right from the start, Leo was incredibly helpful over the phone, assisting me with changing my stay dates (though I didn't get to meet him in person, his assistance was invaluable). Aja truly stands out with her exceptional hospitality skills and genuine friendliness; she goes above and beyond for guests. And Ramon was fantastic, offering excellent suggestions for exploring La Rambla. Alex and David were also incredibly friendly and professional. This hotel will definitely be my go-to place every time I'm in Barcelona—great location and a top-tier staff make it an unbeatable choice.

Our 1 night there, was interrupted 3 times due to fire alarms throughout the night, so we didn’t get much needed sleep.

The location. The rooms were clean and easily accessible, especially for disabled guests.

The room was a bit small, other than that everything was great!

The staff was superkind and helpful! They gave us great recomendations and tips! The room was clean and cosy and with all the amendities! The location is superb and the rooftop of the hotel has a nice view of las Ramblas. The breakfast was really nice and you can choose the way you will have your eggs (they are cooked the moment your order them). You could refill the water bottle they provide in the room and ask for more at any time. Everyday there was a little treat for us in the room.

Room was small but it's Barcelona, why are you in your room?

The staff, specifically Alex and Ramon, were unbelievable - this trip was booked last minute and I had no plans, these 2 basically built an entire city tour with food and drink recommendations while I checked in. The rooftop terrace is amazing.

Staff was fantastic. Ramon was very helpful all around. The rooftop was a perfect getaway to escape the busy city below. They have a wine happy hour that is fantastic! Hotel felt secure and safe. Close to many things.

The hotel is located on Las ramblas in the very center of Barcelona and is close to most of the major sights which you can visit by foot. Although the streets outside are very busy and crowded with people, the rooms are quiet and you can sleep comfortably. The rooms are cosy and clean. The staff is amazing, very friendly and will help you with anything you need while visiting (shout out to Aja 😊). Looking forward to another visit!

Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly and wine hour was great for the rooftop terrace. Room was well styled and comfy. Location is in the heart of all the action. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Location is excellent , so close to many places like casa milla, picasso musuem, church of Barceloma ..etc Yurbban Ramblas team was so helpful ,it was our first time im Barceloma they guide us very well ❤️

our room faced the front . the views were nice but a bit noisy. also i like softer pillows but that is my personal preferrance

location and service were excellent! location was great for walking but it was a little noisy facing the front. breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices. really loved the place and the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful!!!!

Superb location right at the top of Las Ramblas which was perfect for us as it’s quite central and close to the excellent food market nearby. The hotel was perfect! Super stylish, clean, comfy beds, amazingly quiet given the location (we had a balcony room overlooking Las Ramblas). The rooftop bar is superb and super chilled and the staff can’t do enough for you. The breakfast was also really good.

Breakfast , really let them down. Food was ok however I've eatten better in cheaper range hotels.

Excellent room loved the little touches like the pillow spray gift. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help and offer advice on where to go or where to eat.
