The hallways of the building were dark. It was tricky to get in and out of the building.

The location was amazing. Right next door to the Casa Batllo.

In summer, blankets were not provided; just a flat sheet was provided as a cover to body when sleeping. We did not get used to not be tucked in well in blankets during sleep. It took 7 days to get back the deposit, which was quite long.

The location is absolutely great, close to El Corte Ingles, close to Metro and bus station, 15 mins walk to Casa Batlló. We appreciate the Welcome gifts with drinks, chocolate, coffee beans and wine. I am so glad that I booked the apartment at this location.

Dust everywhere plus smelled dog in the rooms. Quite old entrance and one key for a group of 6 adults was quite complicated. Plus very noisy at night.

The experience was slightly marred by facade work that obstructed the view and limited the use of the balcony. Despite this, the overall quality of the apartment and the hospitality of the hosts made for a pleasant stay.

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a spacious, well-equipped apartment with a fantastic location. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The heating system. We could't operate the heater. You should give a manual how to operate the heater. Also the second bathroom is too small.

We didn't take any breakfast. We like the apartment. It's beautiful, spacious and has nice interior design. We also like that we have everything we need for a long stay. The owner is quite thoughtful, giving snacks, coffee, tea and all basic things we need.

Mattresses in both rooms were uncomfortable - lacked more padding. Lights in apartment were too dark and not bright enough.Difficult to see at night in rooms. Also, shower in second bathroom leaked due to shower door not sealing properly. Would be beneficial to have drawers in master bedroom vs. only closet space available.

We felt welcomed by the agent who showed us the flat and handed over the keys. We were contacted via whats up message during our stay to make sure we didnot have any problems. Wifi had good speed, useful to organise our daily itinerary around the city.

On the first day, we were not completely clear on apartment locking procedures and inadvertently left the key inside the lock after leaving the apartment. At night, when all are in the apartment, that's fine, but don't do this when everyone is leaving for the day. Also, the nuts and bolts to one of the bathroom doors were loose, so we could not close the door properly. Lastly, the washing machine flooded over the kitchen floor. This caused us to lose over 4 hours of valuable vacation time by mopping up the floor and waiting for the technician to arrive and fix the problem. In spite of the inconvenience, the staff acted to resolve the above. We'd hope that some form of compensation would have been offered for the flooding incident, such as a 1/2 day refund, but none was given. We are a well traveled group, and similar compensatory offerings have been given at other properties for similar incidents.

The apartment location was extremely accessible to many Barcelona restaurants, stores, and many activities. Our apartment was very clean, and the staff was very prompt in answering our concerns and needs.

Location of apartment was great. Very close to main La Rambla street and just distant enough, that we had enough peace. The apartments is well equipped - kitchenware. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Since we used metro a lot (underground) it was very useful, that at least two metro stations are very nearby.

We had no breakfast. The location was perfect. It was in the heart of Barcelona, just 100 meters from the aerobus station.
