Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

New ZealandVery hard to say anything. My only comment would be to clean the showers more thoroughly, it was the only let down, though it wouldn’t stop me from returning.
Loved everything about our stay at wecamp Cadaques that we want to visit all of their sites. This camp has been thought out and designed so well, it’s all very new and has immaculate grounds. It would be such a fun place to go with a group of friends and stay in own cabins or tents. It’s located at the top of the hill, seconds from Salvador Dali’s house and walking distance to town. We stayed in a tent (without bathroom) and really enjoyed it. It was private (other than sound), and well equipped with fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine (only 2 pods), even cutlery & glassware. The bathrooms were perfect, didn’t have to wait for shower or toilet, they even had a mini bathroom for toddlers. The restaurant/cafe & pool area was so nice, we said we’re gutted we were visiting in the peak of the heat to enjoy it at its best. It would be an amazing event venue, unsure if they cater for that.

SpainThe dishes in the kitchen were badly washed, we had to rewash glasses and cups before use. The fridge had opened Fanta, cheese inside. We left it the way we found. The bed on the upper level has a very low sealing. I banged my head no matter how low I bent, and I am petite
We really like staying in a separate cottage and sitting area in front was a highlight, chairs, easy chair and umbrella, perfect for dining, coffe, breakfast, lots of space. The camp is located on the hill in between Cadaques and Port Lligat, there is very steep but short walk to the center The camp was quiter than we expected, even though we had a restaurant across. The staff speaks both EN/SP, there were many international guests. Restaurant is convenient and we looked at the prices, they were even lower than many cafes in Cadaques. Unfortunately, they only open at 7.30 pm, so we couldn't wait that long for a dinner with the child. The pool is big and nice to be around. No TV! Is a plus, as it forces you to go outside and explore. The cottage stands for its name, it's tiny. I was surpised they even fitted sitting area, sofa in there. The oil, cooking utenciles provided, soap + shampoo are really nice smelling. Enough towels, safe.

United KingdomThere is little privacy. Tents are a little squashed together and could have done with a kettle and something to cook with. Fridge could have been a bit better too. But otherwise perfect.
Everything! Especially the pool area and restaurant. The tents were fab too!

United States"Living room" sofa and ottoman were uncomfortable and had limited seating capacity. A low profile modular sectional or two arm chairs with low profile love seat would have been more accommodating. Lack of storage for upper deck sleeping guests was tricky. Lack of hooks and shelves in bathroom was frustrating. Bed side wall shelves with night light and xi chargers would be a nice upgrade to sleeping quarters. Perhaps flip the closets to allow shared access to all sleepers and create a headboard and spot for bedside storage. Window screens would be a nice addition as would porch awnings intead of umbrellas. The front steps could use some reflective tape and lighting. Nearly everyone in our group fell or tripped entering and editing the unit. Having to provide our own pool towels was a disappointing surprise. The limited menu and I posted closing hours if the lounge and restaurant was confusing and frustrating. The app was not useful or functional for us. Perhaps we would have learned of optional events, tours, and sign-ups if it had been operational. An ice machine and hydration refill fountains would be nice features in the market. A.QR scanner for vehicle arrival and departure would be an improvement as would lighting on the pedestrian walk way I to town. Access to the curated playlist from the website and app would be nice. So would a selfie stand in front of the.We Camp logo. We had a few maintenance issues with our toilet lid, leaking shower stall, and water coming from the shower stall ceiling that were reported but never addressed. The site has a lot of potential. We enjoyed our stay despite these misfortunes and we wish you continued success!
The modern conveniences and prime location near to Dalí House, Coves, and City Center walking path were a strong attraction. Pool, Dining Hall, Wifi, private, weather resistant tiny house was also appealing.

PolandI'd say it's a little bit expensive, but overall great.
The whole idea of the place is great. I can imagine that in the summer it's a perfect place to stay. We've stayed in bungalow (a tent) at the end of April. Unfortunately, on our first night there was a very, very strong wind and it was impossible to get a sleep as all bungalow's walls were moving and sometimes was rather scary. Also very cold and the bathroom was outside, so it was a challenge to go there. Next morning I've asked if there is a space in a normal house and luckily they had one house free and ready to move in immidiately. That was perfect as the house was warm and had a bathroom, however it was a double price. Nevertheless we have stayed there for another night, it was really nice, clean and comfortable. But due to the weather and prices, we've decided to leave Cadaques one day earlier as planned before.

NetherlandsSometimes the bathrooms were a bit messy, no toilet paper in some stalls occasionally. This issue was mostly the result of disrespectful other guests who did not clean after themselves and stole the (amazing) soap (and toilet paper?). The staff was cleaning regularly.
Really beautifully designed campsite, fantastic pool and bathroom facilities, comfortable beds and tent equipped with everything you could possibly need.

NetherlandsThe toilets were smelly at times, not ao clean, and the showers have no ventilation system, therefore there is quite a lot of mold on the ceiling in the cubicles. Also didn't like that the pool closed as 7pm, could have been kept open for longer!
We really liked the beds and the bottle of water in the fridge, the dishes, the storage and the outside area if the tents. We also loved the bar&restaurant and the staff, very kind and helpful.

NetherlandsSometimes there wasn't toilet paper at the toilets. I recommend bringing earplugs because because of the wind, it can be very noisy at night.
The camping is very pretty, facilities give hotel or 'fancy coffee place' vibes instead of camping vibes. I stayed in the 2 person glamping tent and it felt like my little paradise. It was too cold for the pool but the restaurant and pool area are stunning too!! They were also super helpful and flexible with my check out as it was low season. Oh and the bed was incredibly comfortable!!! Location is great to see the sunrise at Port Lligat, 5 minutes walk to Dalis house.
