The pool was dirty (possibly due to a storm) we requested it be cleaned and don’t think they managed to do this.

Arrived very late , would have liked water in the place. Would be happy to pay for a welcome pack. No cleaning items, brush, dustpan, dishcloth etc Thought from description was nearer to the main centre. Directions took us to apartment not key collection point

Location not suitable for very young children or elderly without a car. Walking downhill is ok but need a taxi to go back up with beach bags or shopping. Master bedroom ensuite sink needs maintenance to unblock pipe-water doesn't drain down plug hole. Need to visit supermarket for essentials (soap, breakfast food, snacks) before going to villa because villa doesn't provide a welcome pack. Other properties we rented in Son Bou provided welcome pack on arrival.

Beautiful and well maintained spacious villa with clean pool. Jacuzzi worked well. 3 bathrooms a bonus for a family.. AC works well. Very clean. Plenty towels including pool/beach towels. Overall had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Children loved the pool at night after heat of the day. Space to park car inside villa.

Several items didn’t work - the toaster was broken, safe didn’t lock despite using instructions; showers were not all in full working order. A few light bulbs needing changing. Pool had quite a few loose tiles.

Airconditioning turns off based on outdated magnetic relay technology and doesn't turn on property after closing the windows. The shower head was broken in one of the bathrooms.

No hot water in the kitchen or main bathroom. Water pressure in main bathroom very very poor. Generally didnt look very clean, shabby main bathroom, grouting needs re doing in the bath. King bed very uncomfortable.....hard mattress. Visited exact same villa 6 years ago and I feel it was disappointing this time as it appears no updating has happened in those 6 years. Mightve been nice if soap was provided for handwashing and a 'welcome' basic provisions supplied like bottled water , bread, butter might be a nice addition.

I would say to stay at this villa even later in May you need to rent a car it is at the top of a massive hill which includes lots of steps and walking to get back.

Not super clean. A little bit far from beach, groceries and restaurants. Son bow is rather small beach village and have nothing interesting. You should rent a car and go all over the Menorca.

Very good villa for this price. Comfortable pillows, place for barbecue.

The master bedroom bathroom needs some TLC. A few things were a little tired but it was at the very end of the season, so understandable. The lights outside and the terrace awning didn’t work at first but we WhatsApped Menorca Villas as per instructions and the issues were sorted immediately. Very impressed with the level of service.

Great location above Son Bou but you do need a car unless you are super fit! Quiet gated community of 14 villas managed by menorca villas. Villas are very spacious, well furnished, very comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Pool towels very useful addition as well as tea towels! Lovely pool and plenty of space. We had a really lovely time!

The location is hard to access without a car. The cleaning schedule was a bit unclear and we had to ask for it. There weren't any basic hygienic products in the bathroom (e.g. soap)

Check-in and check-out was very straight forward and easy. The property was spacious and clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipment was complete and sufficient for our group.

VILLA -Shower by outside pool out of use Jacuzzi in swimming pool not working Jacuzzi in bath not working. Air con doesn't work in some rooms More info regarding TV Channels, how appliances work etc. Bus routes/timetables RESORT - Very Limited hospitality venues - restaurant and bars Parking a nightmare Resort car rental expensive, rental from off site airport sites more affordable and most provide a shuttlebus to and from airport. We used Goldcars, paid for full insurance cover so no high deposit payment and no worries if something unto ward happened.

Location was in a quiet /peaceful residential area, a Car is a necessity as the villa is at the top of steep hill, the taxi from the airport had difficulty in finding the address that we had been given, went to the wrong location first attempt, also Taxis are expensive! The reception staff were helpful as on the 2 occasions we needed a Taxi, we had to ask them to call for us as from the address we were giving the drivers couldn't find us. Maybe offer the option of a Welcome pack with a few basics, water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter especially if arriving late afternoon / evening. Shops, bars, restaurants at the bottom of the hill (approx 1/2 - 3/4 mile away.) Local supermarkets expensive, with a car you can travel either into Mao (20 mins from Son Bou or Ciutadella 40mins away) and use Lidl which we did a shop for the week, saved us quite a few euro!! Son Bou small resort, but it seems many businesses have closed or just not re-opened maybe due to pandemic, limited bars and restaurants are open but when I say limited< I stress LIMITED----- CASA ANDRES, ended up our main go to eating out place, quality food, pleasant surroundings, advise booking as very busy. COPACABANA BURGER Restaurant nice breakfast and lunch, comfortable seating, unfortunately shuts at 5pm. Hawaiian Bar ok as is the Kit Cat Bar Lots of great beaches but unfortunately we are not beach lovers, the people are lovely and very accommodating. Ciutadella, Fornells ( great fish restaurants) and Mahon worth visiting, everywhere else seems pretty much the same Our First and Last visit to Menorca, we are not beach lovers, but the island seems to be in need of investment which during the global financial environment, I cannot see happening for a few years

I think we must have been the first people in for some time. 1) pool light came on at midnight 2) out door lights didn’t work 3) the safe didn’t work. 4) lack of decent cutlery and cups and saucers. 5) out door furniture in poor condition . 6) outdoor settee and chair broken. 7) only one out of the three showers was fully operational. most of these issues were resolved apart from the safe . we didn’t bother about the showers . didn’t really want to spend my time fixing these issues

Some more english tv channels would be nice and the wifi would drop out occasionally. Sometimes there would not be any hot water, only seemed to be in the mornings.

Great villa with everything you need for a great relaxing holiday, including 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, lovely pool and living facilities. Definitely requires a hire car as the villa is on top of a steep hill but the location makes it very peaceful.

The pool water was cold, and the hot tub was definitely a cold tub No international TV channels, and despite us telling them that the satellite box wasn't working, nothing got done. The water took a very long time to heat up - the maintenance man told us we were the furthest villa away from the hot water, and that the hot water tank is shared across all of the villas and that's why. Don't assume there's no hot water. Could do with more utensils for the BBQ.

Fantastic location, with lots of privacy, and electronic gates to the villa. There's room for two small cars or one big one to park within. The pool was huge and, just like the rest of the villa, very clean indeed. Comfortable beds and nice decor. Big fridge, and the dishwasher was great too. The main Son Bou beach is less than a mile from the beach but a car is essential. Honestly we loved this place and will be back
