We were disappointed with the one dinner we had there on our last night - especially considering how excellent everything else was we were expecting a similar fine dining experience The service was slow , the food warm at best on cold plates - one dish the risotto was nice and also hot leading us to wonder if other dishes had been ‘waiting’ for the risotto dish to cook . The portions were small too and poor value . This in no way detracted from the rest of our experience at this very special and well run hotel - many restaurants nearby to try .

This is a beautiful elegant small hotel in very appealing area of Grenada The inside furniture and decor is as beautiful as the gardens and terrace The barmen there was exemplary and we were very impressed with the help and fun we had relaxing there Breakfasts were excellent and overseen by a very nice , professional lady as it can get busy . The rooms are beautiful and spacious and very comfortable with lovely bathrooms

Nothing, we enjoyed our two night stay very much and will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Granada again.

Breakfast was great - lots of continental options and also some lovely cooked choices available to order. We also had lunch in the outside courtyard area, which was nicely cooked. The hotel was central and easy to find, with valet parking available. Staff were welcoming and helpful and the hotel public spaces were well appointed and very comfortable. Our bedroom was well furnished and fitted out to a high standard. The spa was shut when we arrived on a September Sunday afternoon, but they opened it later just for us, which we appreciated and enjoyed greatly.

Very conveniently located - just a short walk away from everything; on a side street, so nice and quiet at night; lovely garden with comfortable seating and bar service; spacious and comfortable room with all I needed, including a fabulous shower; and last but not least, very professional, friendly staff.

Spa was outdated, some features didn't work on the first day of my stay. The fountain near the lobby looked in disrepair. Very little to complain about!

Prime location with gorgeous views of palm trees and the Spanish sky from my skyline windows! I felt a real 19th century Spanish country vibe here! Food, drink and service at Onírico Restaurante was exceptional! All staff I encountered during my stay were incredibly helpful with my all my requests, always so warm and congenial. The cleaners and spa staff were very professional! I felt catered to throughout and as a solo female traveller, I felt extremely safe. Fabulous!

We would have preferred a double bed, but the two singles were not a big issue as they were pushed together.

The hotel was a beautiful building close to the centre of Granada. The room was spacious with a good minibar.

The street was noisey at night BUT if you closed doors with good air conditioner couldn’t hear a thing

The staff were very friendly and Nothing was a problem . The room was lovely , very high roof so felt spacious , separate shower and toilet and large bathroom vanity and full bath tub . The location was great for visiting the stunning Alhambra . A quick taxi up and can walk down hill back to city centre .

Banged my shins on the bday in the sectioned-off toilet room so many times haha.

Location was great for walking distance among things after we parked up in a nearby underground. Room has a classy vintage decor, smells so lovely on the way in and in the rooms! Really friendly staff and warm welcome. We only had a short stay here, but it was a memorable one for how lovely it was.

Center - walking distance to all locations even Almabra even though we took taxi the 2 nd time for the tour to avoid going u the hills… Nice people at front desk that parked our rental car for nights as not needed there at 22 Euro / night and brought our car going to Sevilla … Hospitable people with huge hearts! Loved staying two nights there!

Breakfast could be improved. The bread is not marvellous, and there is not a lot of variety of cheese . I think the breakfast has not the same category as the hotel

Outstanding,superb, exceptional, I could keep going. This hotel is wonderful. The staff, all of them, were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Position is perfect. Breakfast not to be missed. Dinner outstanding. Highly recommended.
