We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Switzerlandwe think it's time to renovate the place, as a lot of the house seems very tired. the en-suite bathroom has been recently done up though. the one thing (which can't be changed though) is the noise from next door's club hotel. the music and animation is pretty loud. this can be avoided by going down to the beach during the day and going out for food till around eleven at night ;)
it was a very practical and cool accommodation within walking distance to all amenities and restaurants that arenal d'en castell has to offer. the manager was always contactable and very interested to help with any queries we might have had. the pool was well maintained and awesome to have. we used the provided bbq and the onsite parking was much appreciated.

United KingdomThe hotel next door is loud, especially in the evenings when they do the evening entertainment - it went on until 11pm most nights and was disruptive when trying to sleep (especially for our little ones).
The location is only a 5 minute walk to a handful of lovely restaurants and the beach was around 10 minutes away. We really loved the Pool and the view from the main bedroom. Very clean and the host was very responsive.

Great location, views and outdoor/pool area. Close to beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Furniture and decor are basic but everything was clean and worked properly.

IrelandFew hundred metres you will find a hotel that is very noisy and you can hear loud music every evening 20-22. But still you can live with that.
Very spacious villa with small but still perfect swimming pool. Great views from the terrace. 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen. Very close to amazing beautiful beach that is perfect for kids. Few gorgeous restaurants 5 min walk. 5min drive is located a small water park. I am giving 9.5 out of 10. Fully recommend for family holidays. If you rent a car you can explore few amazing local beaches, we advise evening trip to Ciutadella. Super comfy beds.

United KingdomThe all inclusive hotel plays music constantly which seems to resonant a bit into the Villa. Bring your own speakers for your own music. Local restaurants menus are a bit too similar. The taxi we booked via booking.com didn't show up. The airport taxi service desk staff were fantastic, so nice and helpful to us and the kids. They got us where we needed to be.
Family with 4 kids 14 to 4. The pool depth was a concern at first and the children had issues with it but soon learnt where their limits were. The youngest started to use arm floats and then there were no concerns with the depth. In fact the pool was amazing, self cleaning often, cool in the day and it seemed heated at night. It was lit up until about 1 am and warm. We spent loads of time in there during the day and very late. There are AC's which worked well and kept the bedrooms cool. The management were easily contactable and promptly responsive. The beach was a short walk and beautiful. A cove with warm and shallow water. Close by are a few markets for food shopping and enough restaurants for choice. A small amusement park by a bar called Backgammon, around the corner provided the best night for us. Backgammon also had the most helpful and nice staff. There is a all inclusive hotel within earshot. We bought day passes for the buffet breakfast and use of the waterpark and water slides. Filled up on fry-up and pancakes then nice pools and a couple of fun slides. As a waterpark it's just about ok for a day, but it is better than the other purpose built one further away. We didn't leave the local area but enjoyed what was there. It was enough for us and the younger ones but for the teen we didn't find much to do.
