Restraunt stuff wasn’t too friendly. When I with kids came 5 minutes earlier the opening hours 8am a girl literally threw us out in a rude manner asking to wait till 8am. And done it in front of other people how were already somehow having an earlier breakfast. Maybe it was a language but it felt extremely rude even kids felt humiliated by her actions. Breakfast overall was ok I would expect more to be honest for 36€ for two adults and two kids.

Hotel was a bit noisy. You hear the movement of other guests and Spanish tourists aren't quiet! As with most places in Torla, the staff were all a bit cold and distant. Not the usual Spanish hospitality we've experienced in most parts of the country.

Large, spacious junior suite with big bed and jacuzzi tub. Good breakfast and located near the national park.

The staff were so friendly and helpful with drinks and meals and maps of the town and Ordesa National Park. I have never been in a hotel where every resident I saw looked so happy - we were treated with such kindness.

The swimming pool was closed, but my stay was early October so I can't really fault them for that.

Affordable room, friendly and helpful personnel, good breakfast and the jacuzzi was a perfect bonus after a few days of hiking. The hotel is central in the village and close to the free public parking.

The standard room was very small and we could not open our cases in there so we went for the upgrade.

This hotel is situated close to everything you need-especially restaurants and is directly across the road from the bus that takes you into the Ordesa Monte Perdido national park (5 euros return pp). We had a quiet room (with a generous bathroom) on the top floor (accessed by a lift) overlooking the pool and views down the valley. The first night there was an electrical storm which was spectacular. There’s a lounge to relax in and you can order a good coffee. Staff were very helpful.

Immaculately clean. The staff couldn’t be anymore helpful. Food was delicious. We had both breakfast and dinner. Location was superb.

Hotel doesn't have own parking place. A car must be parked on village's public parking after luggage is un/loaded. That however caused absolutely no problem for us!

Torla is an extraordinary village and this hotel is in its very center. It offers great views towards the mountains. Our room had a big terrace with a table and sofa. Excellent swimming pool, clean and refreshing. Must try! Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Hotel has been decorated with a lot of care and attention for detail, creating extremely homely feel. Staff throughout very attentative and lovely greetings daily with a smile. Room and bed very cozy and comfy, light not ideal for reading though.

Location was fantastic in middle of town and close to national parks. The staff was beyond nice and super helpful, we love it! Food in the restaurant was great, breakfast was plentiful with different options (9EUR). I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Not much!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and comfortable with great mountain views from both windows (corner room). Breakfast was typical European/Spanish and excellent. The kitchen prepared box lunches for us (for a reasonable fee) which we took on our mountain hikes. Dinner was very good to excellent over the three nights. All prices were reasonable and a good value. The pool ws not yet open for the season but the Jacuzzi was open. The hotel was located next to the largest parking area in the village and was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Cozy hotel well-located in the center of the small beautiful village of Torla. The staff was very friendly and they cared about their guests at all times. We'll definitely come back in the next season! :)

Staff is overly precise about all rules, there are negative signs about what is forbidden in many places and the gym is not really something you can use to do even a simple weights workout. I traveled with family and for example, if I didn't want breakfast only a cup of tea, I could not sit with them in the restaurant unless I was ordering the full price fixed menu. There feels to be an inherent mistrust of the guests and no warm welcome nor smiles at the front desk. This was different from what we experienced in San Sebastian and noticeable.
